Hello Guild Amongst Many Elaborate Significant Persons On The - Mountainous Event Morning By Eventual Resolution Site.
I debated whether or not I should make a blog this week, because that's how little I felt has happened. In the end, I decided I would.
Begin where it always does I guess, college. We were supposed to have our first economics test today, but my teacher thought we didn't perform well on the review on Tuesday, so she pushed it back a class, and now will be on Tuesday. Chemistry's in the meantime is happening Monday, so studying for two tests so close together.
Also watched the premiere of Monday Mornings. Interesting to see how conditions should go right, but you forget to think about one detail, and that's what gets the death of a patient. Only regrettable thing is another thing to tape on Monday night, lol. and speaking of shows, The Walking Dead returns Sunday, excited to see what happens next.
Watched the Super Bowl and all of that blakout madness and huge turn around the 49ers had. Wasn't really sure who to root for as the Ravens are the original Cleveland Browns, my team, but at the same time still a rival with them being in the same division. So in a way, I guess I was going for the 49ers more, but not like my life depended on it.
And that's it in terms of life, lol.
I went up a level on here, now I'm a Heiankyo Alien. According to Gamespot, you had to protect a town from aliens using only a shovel... Wish I knew how that worked, lol. And then according to wiki, it's a game a group made in the University of Tokyo back in 1979. Kind of cool. Thought I'd be getting more modern references since one time I was a level referencing an assassin brotherhood in WoW.
In gaming news, it was apparently confirmed today that there would be a new entry in the Assassin's Creed, and Call of Duty series in the next year. Honestly, like we didn't see CoD coming. As for AC, kind of disappointed in Ubi. You'd think they'd take a little more time after AC3. Apparently, it's supposed to have a new hero and time period as well, but I can't imagine it being too long or big unless they had a secret division working on it while AC:R and 3 were getting finished. Anyway, I plan on keeping to my word. I won't buy the next installment unless they somehow really impress me.
Also, apparently on the 20th, less than two weeks from now, Sony is holding a Playstation conference. After reading it, I thought "who says it's going to be all about games?" in all fairness, I had just woken up, lol. Anyway, yeah, I suppose it's good odds PS4 could be announced, but I think I'd be more keen on purchasing a PS3 unless they announce right off the bat it's backwards compatible. And more word of developers wanting to block used games as something has come out that games for the xbox 720 will have one time activation codes, making them useless after. I thought it was just people being paranoid, but I guess at one point in the future, whether this coming generation, or in 5, we might no longer be able to rent or play used games. I'm going to need a really high paying job, lol.
Speaking of purchases, I tracked down maybe one of the last new Too Human copies. I played the demo for it, loved it, and just kept putting it off. Now with all of the word that they were taking it off XBL, I knew it was now or never. Also, was number four on games I wanted to purchase next for the xbox 360. Anyway, been a while since I purchased a game, so I'm proud of myself.

Small updates on playing list...
- Assassin's Creed 3 - 75%
- Batman: Arkham City - 32%
- Dishonored - 11%
- Gears of War - 40%
- Ninety Nine Nights - 43%
and BlockBuster game...
- Shadows of the Damned - Beat Campaign
So, because of worries of could be a test the next day, I kind of put off video games a little. At least for some progress though, right?
So yeah, in Arkham City, if I recall correctly, I did a lot of side missions/riddles than main story. As to how that jumped me up 7 percent... I have no freaking clue, lol. I have been doing the different fighting challenge and predator challenges with each of the four characters, so that could be it too? Anyway, in terms of plot ***SPOILER*** I've taken Ra's blood to Mr. Freeze, who was able to successfully make an antidote, and will not give me them unless I find his wife I think. It's been about a week since I last played, lol.
Anyway, love the game, hope to play more soon, especially with...
I beat Shadows of the Damned!! yeah, I literally did just an hour ago. That game was fun, and longer than I thought it would be, so that helped too. I still plan on buying it. It's available digitally for about $20, so I think I'll do it that way. How I'd love to share a little of the plot, but considering so much happened at the end, I'd need to pull off spoilception, spoiler in a spoiler, lol. If only there were a demo, I'd try and convince everyone to at least try that, and find it hard to believe if they didn't have even a shred of fun.
I was thinking before I'd have to probably wait until Saturday or Sunday to send it back, but I forgot I'm getting a haircut tomorrow, so before I return home, I'll send it back. I wouldn't consider sending it from home, since the last time I did, it got lost somehow and never made it back. Anyway, not sure what game I'll be getting next. As usual, modern warfare 2 is at the top, but also in the last week I saw Bulletstorm available, so who knows. Next blog, I should be saying what game I got. Until then, I'll probably focus on AC3, Batman, and Gears 1.
So yeah, that's it until next week.
Pa pa.
