  Long time no see (or is it read?)

  Well this is my first blog post in a long while. Mainly because I haven't had anything really to talk about, and also because I really don't feel like making regular posts. Anyway as most gamers know E3 ended recently. Not going to get into any detail but I felt like sharing my highs, lows, and just E3 in general. BTW not bashing, just my personal opinion.

  MS/360

  High: Gears 2, Fallout 3, RE 5

  Low: the new "Xbox Experience"

  Summary: "We are totally NOT ripping off Mii's and Cover Flow"

  Sony/PS3

  High: Resistance 2

  Low: Now PS3 will have two games.

  Summary: "Hang on, the PS3 will be worth it eventually."

  Ninty/Wii

  High: Watching Shigeru and the others make *** of themselves.

  Low: Watching Nintendo wave it's **** in my face.

  Summary: "I'm rich, ****! Here's some crap you don't care about."

  E3 overall: RIP E3. It was fun while it lasted.

  GTA 4 First Impressions

  Well I rented GTA 4 and have played an hour or so and I'm not that impressed.

  The games starts kinda slow but that's not a big deal for me. The cars are really hard to drive if you're in a hurry. No matter which method of breaking I use (left trigger or e-brake) the car either turns too slow and hits something or comes to a complete stop.

  Also the AI (for friendly NPCs at least) leaves something to be desired. I had to repeat the same mission multiple times because my stupid partner kept getting himself shot almost immediately.

  It's early yet so it could get better.
