    My new computer.

Well, this year for Christmas, I recieved a new computer from my dad. Not a basic computer, an HP m7667c PC TV with Windows Media Center Edition 2005. It has a 2.13Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 2GB RAM (I might go for 4 in the future), an NVIDIA GeForce7500 LE 512MB video card.... and a 600GB hard drive. Wow....

    Battlefield 2142

My new favorite game: Battlefied 2142. I'm not in much of a posting mood, so you should just try it for yourself. Know this: it's worth trying. With my new computer X-Mas gift, it plays very smoothly.

    My favourite games

Ahh, the simple joy of video gaming, it is juicy and delicious, kind of like fillet mignon at a fancy restaurant... but that is beside the point. The point is, there are only a few games that can top my list as great. They provide a quick retreat from the world around you, and are rivaled only by... well, that steak I mentioned. These few games don't glow or shine in the greatness of life. They are, in a way, the greatness. Well, at least a part of it.

The first of these games, is EA's Battlefield 2. This is war! With multiplayer battles so intense, your head blows off, and blood splatters all over the wall! Before I was ready for multiplayer, I played the singleplayer games. 15bots, and you, in a scalable map designed for your enjoyment.

The others are EA's SimCity 4 and The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. My choice here may suprise you, yet consider this, the simple addictive bordom busting provided by SimCity 4. And the retroness of the GBA. The LOZ franchise is huge, N64, NES, GB, GBC, GC, GBA, PC. The familiarness of the game is what I like, it reminds me of playing games on the original GameBoy, and N64, ahh, those were the days... The good `ol 90's, lol.
