I got a PS3 and my 500th video game
Today, I completed my collection of the current-generation consoles with the addition of a PlayStation 3! I got a brand new, backwards-compatible PlayStation 3, with an 80 GB hard drive, a DUALSHOCK 3/SIXAXIS controller, a copy of Metal Gear Solid 4, and a free download for a game called PAIN, all for only $400!
According to my collection, here on GameSpot, Metal Gear Solid 4 was also my 500th video game! That's a pretty cool milestone to reach. So far, I only have Metal Gear Solid 4 and Resistance: Fall of Man for PS3, but I'm planning on getting more games soon. If anyone is interested in playing online, I'm going to set that up right now, and I'll have my PlayStation ID up soon (you'll find it on the right column of my profile, with my Xbox Live name and Wii number).

No 360 for a month! ;'( [updated]
My Xbox 360 froze up while I was playing Grand Theft Auto IV, so I had to reset it. Now it won't play any Xbox 360 games (it tries to play them as DVDs), or Xbox games (just keeps saying "Reading..." and makes a grinding noise). The weird thing is that it will still play DVDs.
Anyways, I called Microsoft, and they said I'll have to send it in, and since it's out of warranty, I'll have to pay $100 for it. I was reading some posts about other people who sent theirs in, and they say it takes about a month before a new console arrives.
This couldn't have happened at a worse time, either. Two days after I get Grand Theft Auto IV - the biggest game of the entire generation, and a game I've been waiting for for over two years.
Update:
My mom was talking to my uncle about this, and he said that his friend sent in his Xbox 360 and ended up getting scammed. They said it would cost him $100 to send it in since it was out of warranty (same thing they told me), but what they didn't tell him is that that was only to send it in to get looked at. After they looked at it they called him and told him how much it would cost for the repair.
So, my mom said it would probably be better to just buy a new console. The Arcade version is only $280, and comes with the new chipset (cooler, quieter, and no RROD problems), plus another controller, so that's what I'm going to get. As for my old 360, my dad's going to take a look at it, and if he can fix it I'm going to sell it.

New computer! [updated]
My computer stopped working last week, so we took it in to Best Buy to get it checked out.. They said the motherboard was damaged and the power supply wasn't working correctly. To replace both of them, it would cost around $300-$350, plus they didn't know if there were any other problems, so it wouldn't even be worth it. They recommended we just get a new computer instead, so that's what we're going to do.
I'm very excited about getting a new computer! The new computer will have a 2.2 GHz dual-core processor, 2 GB RAM, 500 GB hard drive, a DVD burner and Windows Vista Premium!

Today (March 8th) is also my 18th birthday, so this will be a nice little present for me.

GoldenEye 007 3-level speed-run
One of the first videos I ever made. A speed-run through the first three levels of GoldenEye 007, where Bond is escaping from the Dam. The songs are ''Inside the Fire'' and ''The Night,'' both by Disturbed.
