e3 and Nintendo
Ever since Nintendo was first released it was one of the best video game companies in the market. Now, with feirce competition from Sony and Microsoft, I find Nintendo to still be inspirational. While watching Nintendo's press conference I was filled with (more of) a new found respect (already respected them but now you add 100 points to that) for Nintendo. They take risks and don't focus on the mainstream audience that places video games, they're trying to get everyone into video games. Like Reggie said, they're not focused on what's so graphically amazing, they're focusing on the playing, and how the Wii isn't next-gen, but more of the next leap in the industry. Sorry if I do sound like a fanboy, but this is how I feel towards them.
In other words, Nintendo press conference rocked on so many levels. GIVE ME A WII NOW!!
P.S. I know some of you might disagree with me here but:
Wii is just so much fun to say.

Silent Bump
So I saw Silent Hill last weekend, and after I while of letting the movie sink in I decided, I like it. Some people may say that it doesn't follow any of the Silent Hill games, which is in a way some-what true, but it is an adaptation. The movie really captured what is truely scary about the whole town in the game. No, it's not the turn the corner and SURPRISE zombie, the movie scares you like in the game, psychologically. Everything is freaky. So, final word, it's one of the best video game movies.
