Top 10 Action Movies! (Part 1 of 2)

So I decided to make a top 10 list of my favorite action movies. I've been thinking about which ones to pick for several days so this is an official list. Enjoy, and click on each movie title to view the trailer!

    10. Mission Impossible 3 - This was one of the more recent movies to make the list, and the main reason I liked this movie was because of its perfect pacing. The movie never slows down at all (even during the dialogue scenes) and is always going to a new location (Berlin, Rome, Shanghai, ect) and captures that rushed feeling perfectly!

    9. Die Hard 2 - What happens when Bruce Willis has to rambo his way through a terrorist occupied airport on Chirstmas Eve trying to stop them from crashing all the planes from crashing into Washington-Dulles Airport and save his wife? A heck of a good movie! The early 90's had some of the best action movies and this is one of them.

    8. Shooter - Despite the cliched story of "the guy who is convicted of a murder he didn't commit," Shooter is still a great movie. It doesn't have as much action as the other films, but pulls out some great sniper scenes. Plus a movie with a dog who can pull a drink out the refrigerator makes it a winner right there.

    7. Total Recall - It's not Ahhhnold's best movie ever but a solid action movie with a surprising amount of humor. And Michael Ironside who does the voice of Sam Fisher in the Splinter Cell games is one of the main characters.

    6. Hero - Out of all of the movies I've mentioned here, this one is the slowest and has the least action scenes, but is one of the most beautiful movies ever. The film is divided into four different colors (the costumes and sets) which each represent a different emotion. Jet Li's fight scenes are fantastic and are not to be missed!

    5. 300 - Despite moderate success in theaters, 300 has nearly become a cultural phenomenon. Besides the famous "THIS IS SPARTAAA!" scene, the battle scenes are epic as well as bloody. Watch this one for the action, not the acting or story.

    Back to normal

So after my mom spent most of the day on the phone talking to Dell customer support in India, we managed to re-install all of the basic software on the computer. So in other words, everything is back to normal! I also installed a nice wood and glass desk in my room for homework as well as a bookshelf. I found out that Crysis and Crysis Warhead were released on Steam, so I might get one of them sometime. See you around!
