  • What is a "Day Off"?

    We are still in the thick of summer, and I haven't had a singly day off since 4th of July weekend. I am exhausted. Every time that I am scheduled to have a day off on a weekend, I get pushed into another weekend event (remote broadcast). Now, I don't mind doing these events. Hell, they are normally only two hours long, and we get a nice talent fee for each appearance. But when you start to string over a month of days together, it gets a little ridiculous.   • Feel The Burn

    I've never been one to tan, I just transition right to burn. After doing two live broadcasts today, both outside, in the sun, I am burned. It hurts. The aloe gel isn't helping much. I guess one good thing came out of today, I got my new laptop. I purchased a MacBook today, and am currently using it. It's my first Intel Mac and this thing screams compared to my G4 iMac.
