  What!?!

  This is my first blog so I'm sure it will be a little different than others.

  First off I'm not really sure what to think. I have a PS3 and I don't have any problems with it. I also own aWii andlove it.Sure the current game selection is a little lacking but that is changing. What I am upset about is the current amount of delays in all these games. I expected having a new gen system would bring smooth release of games which is quite the opposite. Most games now days have more delays that a chicago airport. I have been pumped for games like Haze, UT3, SSBB for months. I have been saving up to spend the needed 200 dollars to buy Haze, UT3, CoD4, and SSBB. But now they are pushed into Q1 of 2008. Past the holiday season when I do have a little extra cash from family and friends. I am also upset in how the Ps3 is last in alot of things. CoD4 has demoed for XBOX 360 and PC but no PS3 demo yet.

  I also like to explain my reason for selecting the PS3. One was price overall. The PS3 60 GB cost $500 plus one game = $560 plus one HDMI cable= $640. The Xbox 360 would have been $400. Then I would need 1 or 2 games. I am up to lets say $460. Then my house runs on wireless internet. PS3 has a receiver built in. XBox 360 requires a $99 card to make it wireless compatable. I am now up to $560. Then you throw in the HD DVD player and your up to $660. This puts me at even more than the PS3 total cost. Overall I think I made a good choice. I bought the PS3 that had full backward compatibility. That was excellent as I had a PS2. Now it's waiting time to see if sony can really put it's act toghether and line it's ducks in a row.
