My Friends

5Aug 11

It's the final day of the UFC Personal Trainer programme--here's my final update!

After four weeks, the UFC Personal Trainer competition is over. I'm a little bit sad to be honest, but I can't deny I'm also looking forward to a pint of beer and a pizza binge this weekend! After slower results last week, I made a really hard push this week. Training-wise, it's been more difficult than ever, with UFC Personal Trainer really upping the difficulty and length of my workout sessions.

However, the results have made the hard work pay off--I've gone down from a 34-inch waist to 31-inches, and I've been able to fit back into medium-sized clothing with ease. I dediced to treat myself to some new clothes on the weekend to celebrate! Today's weigh-in also provided better results. I went down to 75.5kg, another 1kg over last week. This means that after a month using UFC Personal Trainer, I've gone from being substantially overweight to within healthy BMI levels, which has made me very happy indeed.

The best way to show my weight loss, though, is in pictorial form. Apologies in advance for the topless photos, but hopefully they show how using UFC I was able to change my body. Here are the images I submitted to MCV magazine on 8th July, followed by the ones I took this morning on 5th August.

as a home owner and at-home entrepreneur, i can tell you that your brain is just not at the same level as mine. you are merely a low IQ video game player, and you cant comprehend my thoughts and ideas. i am so far above you that you probably have no idea what i am talking about right now. i graduated highschool at age 12, and due to recent progression of terminal brittle-bone syndrome, i have been confined to my house for over 2 years now, and am unable to pass on my taekwondo knowledge and i find it hard to express my genius high IQ thoughts to people such as yourself. you will never be as fit as me, regardless of my condition. i was working out before i could walk, and you will never compare to me because my knowledge of the martial arts extends far beyond youtube and i am a very very very experienced fighter. my stamina is uncomparable to any human alive today and while ive been choked out on occasion, i would say that i am still very very very tough and i take pleasure in physically dominating other men and choking them out. if you think for a second that your 60 day program is even close to comparable of my years and years of experience as a martial artist, please contact me and we can arrange a fight. besides my taekwando experience, i have also trained in kung fu, jujitsu, guanyin, ninjitsu, taijitsu, t'ai chi, kenpo, karate, muay tai, and have extensive youtube knowledge on many many more fighting styles. come at me with your fake ass MMA UFC bullshit and i will decimate you, for real.
