  No other day any worse to start blogging than today...

  
  Well as you all may know, e3 is basically completely revamped. Its all about press conferences and little bedroom meetings basically now. I kindof like the change myself, because crappy game reporters like g4 can't do much of anything now. Yeah if i am biased against anything gaming related- its g4. Well e3 i think has changed for the best.
  
  Game titles now, hmm are kindof weird. I played the dead or alive 4 and ninty nine nights demo, and let me say i'm not exactly impressed what the 360 has offered so far. Its still early on in the 360s cycle though. Oblivion,perfect dark zero, and ridge racer 6 are the only games i have found entertaining on the xbox 360. Call of duty 2 was reptitive after awhile, graw was annoying because of its graphics and you can barely see any enemies, doa4 felt like a downgrade compared to doa3, and the burnout revenge game was a minor upgrade. The ps2 was this way though, as only tekken tag tournament,street fighter ex3, and ridge racer 5 was the only good launch games as well. Hmm it seems the only good fighter for the xbox 360 will be street fighter 2: hyper fighting but thats pathetic. Shooters are flooding the xbox 360, but very few are really engaging. Graw is like any other tom clancy game- with missions barely if at all relating to each other. Battlefield 2: modern combat is basically multiplayer only. Though the xbox 360 will get better in time, as only the gamecube has failed me in great game title numbers.
  
  I am still eagerly waiting, and excited for the ps3 launch. Resistance: fall of man and ridge racer 7 are most deffinately exciting me. The resistance video didnt look great in graphics, but oh goodness did the ambient music get to my veins. I hope that was ambient music though. Games like halo 2 just throw music in at any time, which kindof doesnt get you all hyped up or anything. I am hoping resistance is an excellent game- i am expecting alot from it music wise. I know ridge racer 7 will be excellent as if its just ridge racer 6 but with extra levels and free online play, its awesome.
  
  Ahh gaming now hasnt been all that great. I've been playing american mcgees alice lately and i must say- its the BEST HORROR/ACTION GAME EVER! I love it to death. The soundtrack is so engaging. The graphics are really creative. Everyone has such a cool personality. Doom 3 is a great horror/action game as well- but it didnt give me the willies as much as alice did. Gosh, i got the willies about going to go play it tonight. I know it may look a bit outdated, but its so much better than all the current games out now. Games like resident evil 4, silent hill, or condemned just basically arent. They would be considered like american horror. American horror flicks really dont give me the chills like they would have like say a "halloween" or "the thing" would. Now those 2 movies are awesome for horror flicks. Awesome not computer casio made music. Now those 3 games i mentioned arent bad by any means, but they are not horror games by any means. Even if crazy stuff happens, their still not.
  
  I've been messaging this bam 416 dude alot lately, which hes pretty cool. Him and 3 other people i normally talk with in normal life are all i've talked with lately. Though nothing particularly exciting is going on now, it will soon. December 23rd is rocky balboa *or rocky 6 technically* and im a HUGE rocky fan. November 17th is where its all at. I'm going to walmart on the 15th and wait it out for the 600$ ps3, and later on the 17th im going to go see casino royal *remake of a james bond spoof, but its made into a normal james bond movie now*. So until then, i will watch my normal anime and do my normal things.
