i've been asked to step up in the HYPE union, and I could definlty return to being an officer in the smiley union if fable will let me, I'll try to talk to her

i know you're already in the Smiley Army, but as of late some officers haven't been active, so it's possible you could get a promotion if you talked with the leader ^^ other than that, i can't really think of anywhere...
