  The IMDB Metroid Movie Debate Continues...

  Okay, this has gotten out of hand. The prospect of a live action Metroid movie is the best Hollywood news this side of The Hitchhiker's Guide To the Galaxy. The debate for who should play Samus has reached an all-time low with suggestions of Paris Hilton and Sarah Michelle Geller. I could see Uma Thurman playing Samus for two reasons: 1.) She kicked major butt in the Kill Bill movies and has proven she has a Samus attitude. 2.) Samus is 6'3 and Uma is 6 foot. With three-inch lifts she would be the perfect height.

  I can also accept Rebecca Romjin seeing as how she was stellar in the X-Men movies. She's gorgeous and has one Hell of a figure. I cannot and will not accept Paris Hilton as Samus. Paris Hilton reminds me of a Barbie doll that has come to life, fallen into alcohol and drugs and has chased one too many parked cars. Plus, she's a horrible actress. I cannot and will not accept Sarah Michelle Geller. I have nothing against Sarah--except Scooby-Doo and Buffy the Vampire Slayer--but she's not my idea of Samus.

  Maybe they should get the actress from the Metroid Prime 2: Echoes tv commercial. She would be perfect. Now, let's just pray they cast correctly and give us a movie that will be worthy of the Metroid franchise.

  Zero Mission for the 50th Time

  Fired up my Gameboy Player and went through Metroid: Zero Mission for the 50th time. Still as fun to play now as it was the first time I went through it but still lacking a few of the ending artworks. Will eventually get it...I think...well, maybe not. Finally beat it in 94 minutes with 72% item collection. Still can't figure out what to do with the password given. Anybody have a clue? I'd deeply appreciate it.
