    Heavenly Sword, not so heavenly?

I just played a good solid 2 hours of HS, it's not a bad game by any means. The gameplay is rather fun with different moves and stances but the enemies get repetitive. The running is kinda slow I wish the world was a bit more free, you need to tap a button to climb a thing then tap to get down..not jumping at all...and no jumping up to ledges or down.

The graphics are good, but some things are not so good. I have seen some grain and her hair is odd. The facial animations and voice acting, as well as level design (in terms of scenery are amazing)

Load times are not so good though, they take awhile. And I wish the game was more fluid like a movie instead of broken into chapters. Definately a solid rental but SONY hyped the game too much. It's good but not as good as they claim it is or that it could have been. So far I'd rate it a 7.5 or 8.0

I'll let everyone know how it is when I beat it.

    Metroid Prime 3

Let out a sigh, lite up a cigarette, and pour yourselves a bottom of wine. We can now sleep at night.

My life as of right now is complete...Metroid Prime 3: Corruption has been released, played, and beaten and what an ending it was. This game had high expectations, the first Prime game is regarded as one of the greatest games ever. The sequel Echoes while not rated as highly is also a solid installment and a great game none-the-less.

At first I wasn't sure about this new control scheme...missing the old lock on system. But I found you could still lock in in a way...The controls by the end feel second nature and are great. The level design is fantastic as is the music but that's a given in the Prime franchise.

I love this game so much, there's just not enough good things I can say about it from Bryyo to Skytown to Phaaze...purely amazing. The only thing; the time it takes to open doors...loading screens or not, it does get a little old.

I wish Nintendo supported the online features on this game a bit more perhaps leaderboards with the fastest times, and a place where people could post there screenshots and rate them...just a little more than friend vouchers.

Online play while not a staple of the Metroid franchise would have been nice. Echoes had mulitplayer and Hunters had online multiplayer...something would have been nice. But I'm not going to let that dampen the spirit of this game.

It has true heart and soul and is no doubt one of the best if not THE best game out on the Wii as of right now.

Samus we shall meet again soon in a game called Smash Brothers Brawl...and hopefully a little ditty named:

    Metroid Dread.

    MGS4 and the PS3

Seeing all the new footage on MGS4 makes me want it even more.  Tired of hearing 360 fanboys accuse the PS3 of not having any games, finally a game that will basically slap them in the face.  Rumors of it being ported to the 360 after in releases for the PS3, regardless of these...there'sreally no sustantial basis except 360 owners wishing they had it.   This is Kojima's last MGS project, and I think it will be the best Metal Gear game we have ever seen...and a fitting ending to one of the greatest video game sagas of all time.
