  Geometry wars 2 - It was hard to give the game of the month award, I love soul calibur IV so much but geometry wars insanely intense battles take action games to a whole new level, this game can make you feel your heart pumping up blood like crazy when you are surrounded by doznes and enemies only relying on your skills, this is the kind of game that tells you how good you are on gaming in general, you need to have coordination, skill, strategy, all the things that only true gamers have

  XBOX 360 ACHIEVEMENT OF THE MONTH

  

  

  1 - Commando (gears of war) - I wanna say something it was insane to finish gears of war on insane!, 2 - Always hard (guitar hero 3) - I don't mean to brag about but, this is the kind of achievement not everyone will have on their profiles, in other words casual gamers will never have it, only true gamers, blame it on "metallica's the one" on hard, it is so hard to survive that song. 3 - Smile (geometry wars 2) - The hardest achievement from the game, you need some serious geo-skills to get this achievement, it has nothing to do with practice, if you don't have the skill you will never have it, I just wanna say that I am happy I got all of the geometry wars 2 achievements in the first day that I started playing it

  Geo - Beautiful, fast, furious, how could this simple ship be so amazing? geo has given me so many of hours of pure fun that I can't help but name it virtual item of the month

  
  

  VILLIAN OF THE MONTH

  Purple squares - Everyone's got their favorite most-hated geometry wars enemy. Usually the snakes are the most hated enemies in the game, as for me this little purple squares that split into two after you shoot them are the ones that I hate the most, I am sure 80% of my deaths were because of these nasty enemies. in order to calm their hunger for destruction I bestow them this humble award.

  
  

  MOVIE OF THE MONTH

  

  

  Water world - I've seen this movie so many times and it never ceases to impress me everytime I see it. Water world is a movie that makes you see the real value of all the little things you own. Who would've thought in the future having a scrap of paper would be the most valuable treasure of an entirely group of people, or having a reflecting glass would be considered other-wordly?, and that dirt would be the most expensive asset?. Also there is a lot of beauty on water world sea landscapes and the story is entertaining overall, if you haven't seen it, what are you waiting for?

  DISSAPOINTMENT OF THE MONTH

  

  

  X-files - I want to believe - I wanted to believe that finally I was going to see Molder's sister, I wanted to believe I was going to see how a deep alien conspiration was going to be unfold in this latest x-files movie, and what did I find? one of the worst and most boring x-files chapters I've ever saw from the serie. don't waste your time or money on this one, No aliens = No deal! .

  Hilda (Soul Calibur IV) - No doubt about it Hilda has the most beautiful lips ever seen on a virtual girl. She is fast, aggresive and her attacks are devasting, a good start for a new virtual babe.

  What do we have here? Santiago knight on the #459 place among 2,000,000 people on geometry wars 2? Am I good at geometry wars or what?? : P this is the first time that I made it so far on a leader board

  OVERALL BEST OF THE MONTH

  

  

  Beijing 2008 - I think there is nothing more satisfying than seeing your beloved contry getting some gold medals in the most important world wide competition "the olimpic games", when you see your country on top it just makes you want to be a better person and gives you hope and inspiration, that's why beijing 2008 takes my overall best of the month award.

  Zen warrior - Nothing special about this achievement, I just think it looks pretty cool

  MOVIE OF THE MONTH

  

  

  The dark knight - Just when I thought Hollywood movies were falling into a void, this masterpiece appears, as for me, usually super heroes based movies are always a huge dissapointment, spiderman, iroman just to give you a few examples. Dark knight is a succes not only because of the spectacular acting presented (special mention to the joker), but because of the terrific background story. Best super hero based movie. and probably it will remain like this for a loooong time

  DISSAPOINTMENT OF THE MONTH

  

  

  Cloverfield - I had such a high expectations about this movie, and at the end it was a huge dissapointment, it tries to be the blair witch project movie too much (specially in the last scene where the actors speak to the camera), it was nice to see the blair witch project movie in first person view, because we all thought it was the real thing, unfortunately the same trick cannot apply on cloverfield, becuase we know it is not real, plus the first 40 minutes are extremely boring

  o doubt about it, Metal gear solid 4 is the best of the series, it comes with one of the most outstanding stories you'll ever find in a videogame, book or movie, the graphics are terrific and it is one of the few games that can explain your friends why you invested so much in your expensive playstation 3, home theater and high definition tv, the facial expression from all charcters are so good that can be disturbing at time, this game is a modern so if you haven't played it, what are you waiting for?

  I really never expected this, having your own ipod in a videogame as one of your basic items? metal gear solid 4 never ceases to impress me, seriously, not only this is a nice little touch but also really feels as if you were using an ipod (and if you've played some songs in this virtual device you probably know what I mean)

  Metal gear solid 4 - Beaty & the beast corps. - Who would've thought behind those frightening suits a real-life based beautys were hidden?, not only they're pretty but they have a perfect body aswell, I am sure many uf us let snake get caught when these beauties were after him after defeating the mechanical shape
