Top 6 wii games i want the most (which have been announced) g
Yes i know these days people are more interested at the prospect of rock band. The 200 dollar mammoth periphal based music game looks great but as i wouldn't be able to spend $200 on one game guitar hero appeals to me. After playing the ps2 GHii at a friends house, i can honestly say im excited by the new wii version. I'm a newcomer to the franchise and cant wait to rock out to some tunes.
5. Resident evil: umbrella chronichles

I've been dissapointed at the amount of shooters the wii has had. Ok so were getting metroid this august and we've had resi 4 wii edition but that isn't enough for me. Ok so i could just buy a 360 and get buried in shooters but i don't want to do that. Witha few shooters on the horizon for wii now, things are looking good for me. I'm especially excited about re: ucdue to it's wii zapper compatibility and co-op. Great visuals and lightgun gameplay should keep me hooked till the very end. Ok so its not resi 5 but at least we get something.
One of the coolest games i've ever played, melee on the gamecube is one of my favourite games of last gen. Now with a new game on the horizon its time for my life to be taken away once again. With four different control options, superior graphics andmore characters then ever brawl looks like its going to bring it to a new level. And surely it has to have wi-fi.
This to me is one of the most overlooked franchises ever. While all the hype for Halo 3 is going on at the moment, nintendo hasn't shown this the publicity it needs. Although they are two different types of games, in my opinion prime wins halo everyday of the week. If you asked a random person in the street if they knew what halo the game was they would probably say yes. I don't think the same could be said about prime. Anyway the reason i picked it was because of its great graphics, brilliant gameplay and it promises a great finale to the prime franchise. As a die hard nintendo fan i'm really looking forward to this AAA title.
2. Legend of zelda phantom hourglass

Although this is actually a nintendo ds game, i couldn't leave this game out of my list. My favourite franchise of nintendo's is zelda and this new touch screen affair looks like it will win me over again. With wind waker type graphics crammed into a tiny cartridge and all new mind boggling puzzles to duel with this is looking like it will be the best ds game so far. Having loved every minute of twilight princess and wind waker before it, im sure this game will put a smile to my face. And the logic behind the phantom dungeon looks great.
What can i say. The first footage i saw of galaxy back in 2006 amazed me and now im even more looking forward to this game. With graphics which put every other wii game to shame and gameplay mixing old with new it should be the wii's biggest killer-app and should sell millions of wiis. It can't come soon enough.

stressing on strikers
im from the uk so fortunatly mario strikers was released here on the 25th of May. I bought it on the 26th and kind of lost all contact with the outside world as i became hooked online. I started to become grumpy to my parents and nobody could talk to me if they didn't want shouting at. All the social aspect of my life went and there was only me and strikers. After a week or so i decided to resume life as usually. My social life returned and my face turned from a unhappy face to a happy one again. Reflecting on the week i was depressed and grumpy. Recently i returned to strikers and had 3 games online and then i decided to stop as the anger started bubbling. Is this what online is? i believe the game should come with a health warning!- Posted Jun 23, 2007 10:12 am GMT

Nintendo wii. Will it last?
I'm one of those lucky gamers who managed to pick a wii up at launch. Having played and loved zelda tp (one of my favourite games of all time) and frantically waved my wii-mote in sports i was overwhelmed. I heard from many different sources how the wii-mote was brilliant but the first swing of the raquet on wii sports was incredible. Zelda took me into March and by then i had feasted into nintendos brilliant virtual console offering. A few months followed and games like The godfather, eledees and mario strikers hit my shelf. The drought of games recently was predictable and looking at this years schedule i'm getting worried. If i am correct metroid prime 3 is the last one in the brilliant series of prime, so will this mean metroid will return on wii. Galaxy is being released and usually only one 'proper mario platformer' comes out on a nintendo console. Hopefully Nintendo will come up with great new games this gen whilst keeping series like pikmin and pilotwings at home. With the 360 and PS3 using next gen graphics will the wii be able to get by with its relativly low horsepower. Nintendo has created a masterpiece but will it last? please comment- Posted Jun 13, 2007 10:49 am GMT
