I Finally Got an XBOX 360

Finally got an 360. i think its been about 1yr and a half i've been waiting to get this consol...but theres been so many distractions. first of all, i was going to University, so money was a bit tight. then the nintendo we came out. that made me dought my self. and then i had to decide wether or not i wanted to get rid of my ps2 for my xbox 360 or get a ps3 and keep my old games.

After having a Holiday in Menorc, a day after arriving back in england, i decided to get the XBOX

    nuf said lol

Best choice i think.......its all linked up to microsoft passport, so you can use MSN, best internet access to the xbox marketplace (even though you have to pay a subscription) but its worth it.

HD wise is alot better than the ps3. the ps3 will prob get better, but the xbox will probably become greater. def with games coming out like Halo3, stranglehold and EA skate.

I'm just happy that i've got an XBOX360 and that im happy that i'm going to finish the halo series lol

I'll Never die, or die without a Fight

I would like to think ever High Performance PC would be saying...you know since all these Next gen Games and consoles coming out, i mean what chance have pc got against consoles.
I'll tell you.....Original Titles that only come out for the PC (except ghost recon/rainbow).....and..................a Keyboard and mouse lol.
The best way to really enjoy (for me) a first person shooter game, is a keyboard and mouse, its so much easier to use than a control that has got less buttons. I feel that when holding the mouse you get the whole 100% realism in any game (1st per are best for this)
for example, I've just started playing "Battlefield 2142" and it is awesome, one of my top first person shooters for the PC......maybe better than my COD2 (OMG can't believe i just said that)
and its because of these games that the PC will never die with out a fight. and in the future I'm looking forward to see what other games will be coming out in 2007 (one I'm watching is Quake Wars: Enemy Territory). i really do think the PC will really put up a fight against the next gen consoles this year.

    First Person Shooters for PSP

Just recently i had brought the PSP version of "Brothers in Arms: D-Day" and i have to say for a first person shooter game on the PSP.......it's really good. Ubisoft (its maker) have really fought about what control button goes where. Not like the first ever first person shooting game for the PSP "Coded Arms". I Should have listen to Gamespot then, because that game was crap. the controls were all muddled up, and i kept on dying because i forgot which was the move button. But you don't have this problem on the "Brothers in Arms" game. Maybe there is still hope left for first person shooters on the PSP, and its because of companies like Ubisoft, that their will always be a way.
I just hope MOH: Heroes is just as good when i buy it...and when i find it in a shop, because no one seems to have it. That's why I brought "D-Day" and im glad. Apart from same story as the ps2 version (road to hill 30), the game is all right. HOWEVER if you haven't played "Road to Hill 30" or Haven't started it yet, then you'll love this.
I don't care what Gamespot have rated it, its a good game to buy, one of the best, and i suggest people at least rent it or buy it when its cheaper or take a risk and buy it new (like i did) because i think you'll start to like it.
