  Xbox live 360 experience update

  OMGosh, now when I look on the dashboard at my acheivements It shows that I have basically none now. Bad enough it didnt record to my gamertag, now I cannot get any achievements at all for "Braid". Hopefully this problem will not continue with the future games I plan to purchase.

  Xbox live 360 experience

  Tell my why after dowloading and playing Bionic Commando rearmed and then Braid, my achievements are no longer being recorded to my gamertag. i emailed customer service three times, they said they couldnt do anything. So I then called the xbox help line and of course, I first could not understand a word that this person, who was obviously from India, was saying. She and the next girl I talked to knew nothing about games or the Xbox 360. This is one of the things she told me, check it out in my paraphrase:

  "Go to the settings menu.....press the "Y" button......but I can't, it's not an option........OK, go to the settings menu..............choose the memory section. Then now press the "Y" button.......I can't, thats not an option..............OK..OK... so yes go to the setting menu and press "Y" button........ Thats not an option, We press the A button over here in the states......"

  OMGosh this went on for like 20 minutes!!!! me debating with this girl about which button the freakin xbox uses to choose things on the dashboard. AAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!. after an eternity, I just plain hung up. So now I still cannot earn point towards my gamerscore, and XBOX/Microsoft is too cheap to actually hire a tech guy or gal from the states who actually plays xbox or at least has looked at a controller or better yet, looked at a freakin video game before and actually has used xbox live.

  It makes me sad that these corporate institutions wanna save money soo much, and shaft us consumers when it comes to fixing their cheaply made, poorly maintained product. But hey, Its the AMerican way I guess.
