To anyone who cares, I've got a new profile
After being relatively in-active for the past several months I've decided to start fresh. I've created a new profile called m3ds. Feel free to add me.

G15 Keyboard Review
Well it's been a while since I've
posted anything, and since I was bored I figured I'd post a review of
my new keyboard. (Oh ya, and for some reason it isn't properly formatting, but I did my best to fix it. It was a mess before.)
The beast that is the G15I've wanted a Logitech G15 for quite
some time. Ever since I first saw them, but the price always kinda
threw me off, but I finally decided to buy one. Well I'm gonna get
some of the basic things out of the way first. The thing is freaking
huge. Another 4-6 inches have been added on to the keyboard to fit on
the “G” keys. It really isn't a problem, but it's a lot bigger in
person than in pictures. If you didn't already know (or hadn't
seen from the pictures), the keyboard is backlit. This really doesn't
add anything to the keyboard, but rather just adds to it's
“1337ness.” You can choose to turn them off, or pick between two
different levels of brightness. I think it looks cool, but as I said
they don't really improve anything. Now on to the good stuff. First the G
keys. There are 18 programmable keys and for each key there are 3
modes. With these keys you can do quite a few things. If the software
detects a game it can have custom settings for that game. For
example, you could have the key set to automatically build a
structure in Starcraft. At first I thought they were useless. I knew
all of the hotkeys in my games, and I often find I have to look over
to see which one I am pressing, but the best use I have found for
them is shortcuts. So I have it to automatically open up iTunes when
I press G1, or open Firefox on G2, or open Steam on G3, etc. This
proves incredibly useful, as it is much quicker to press a key then
to select these applications through the start menu. Overall, I've
been finding them rather useful.
"G" keysNow on to the LCD. Out of the box the
LCD is actually quite useless. All it can really do is display a
clock, show what song is playing, display the cpu usage and memory
usage, and that's about it. But thanks to a wonderful mod community
there are plenty of useful things it can do. Such as a stat tracker
for Counter-Strike: Source, a simple bandwidth monitor, or use in
combination with FRAPS to display the frame rate on the screen. I
have yet to test any games that natively support the LCD, so I have
I'm not exactly sure how they function.Just a few little things that I'd
like to point out. First great media keys, that seem to function with
all the major media players. Next a little switch that disables the
Windows key, so you don't accidentally bump it while in an intense
game. The keyboard also feels incredibly nice, and is a joy to type
and game on. And lastly two USB ports that don't exactly work, they
work, but they don't give off enough power so they are kinda useless.
Media KeysOver all the G15 is an amazing
keyboard. The only reason I would suggest not buying it is the price.
I got mine for around $75 (cad). I realize this is incredibly
expensive for a keyboard, but if you do spend enough time gaming on
your PC I definitely suggest buying it. And besides, the blue led's
match my PC.
Overall: 9/10
Pros:
-G keys work great as shortcut keys
-LCD can display some useful
information, like fps
-Great feel
-Mmmm....backlitCons:
-Expensive
-Sorta big
-USB ports aren't all that functional

Lights and Sounds...well mainly just lights
Over the past few months I've been switching things up in my computer, and the final components came today! So I figured I'd show you guys some pics of what my computer looks like.
I'm not really happy with how all the wires are in a mess, but I may probably gonna be upgrading my power supply within the next month, so I'll fix it all then.
You can see the full effect of the lights in this pic.
Unfortunaetly this picture didn't turn out quite like I wanted it too. Ya see the fan grill on it is actually a Half-Life 2 fan grill, so maybe if you try really hard you can make out the lambda.
