    2007 Year of the RTS?

Will 2007 be remembered as the year of the RTS? Command and Conquer 3 and Supreme Commander have wowed critics and players alike. The rest of the year could be just as good for a genre that is red hot. Furthermore, PC games in general have declined in popularity and numbers, but RTS seem as popular as ever. Will players and critics look back on this year as the Year of the RTS? Or will all topics such as the Rise of the Wii (to first place in console sales) or the continuing dominance of World of Warcraft define this year?

Who is your all-time favorite NFL player?

I am suffering from football withdrawal, but I was wondering: who is your favorite NFL player to ever play the game?

My favorite player is John Elway:

    1. He holds the record for most comebacks in NFL games.

    2. Elway won a lot of playoff games and two Superbowls.

    3. He was an excellent scrambler.

    4. Elway made clutch plays in important games like "The Drive" against Cleveland.

    5. He usually didn't have a lot of great players on his team. Elway didn't have the talent around him that Aikman, Bradshaw, or Montana had.

    6. Elway was a very tough player. He took hits and kept going.

    7. He did not disgrace himself, his team, or the league with off-field problems.

    8. He is in the Hall of Fame.

    Elway's accomplishments:

148 games won as a starting quarterback - NFL Record
47 game-winning or game-tying drives in the fourth quarter - NFL Record
5-time Super Bowl starting quarterback - NFL Record
50,000+ career passing yards and 3,000+ career rushing yards - NFL Record
7 consecutive seasons with 3000+ passing yards and 200+ rushing yards - NFL Record
NFL Most Valuable Player - 1987
Super Bowl Most Valuable Player - Super Bowl XXXIII
    9-time Pro Bowl selection
    3-time All Pro selection
Ranks second all-time to only Dan Marino in passing yardage, attempts, completions and 3,000-yard seasons Ranks third all-time in touchdown passes 16 seasons played (234 games) - All with the Denver Broncos
