As most of you all know, I miss Rareware. The company that was once a Nintendo company, now a Microsoft company. They were known for great games such as:

Donkey Kong CountryGoldeneye 007Perfect Dark

and even more...

Ever since Microsoft bought them and Free Radical (who is now Crytek UK) was formed, things have been changing, and not in the good sense. Some of their most acclaimed series, such as Perfect Dark and Banjo, have been going downhill. Critic scores for their games have gotten lower (example a 3 out of 5 from X-Play on Perfect Dark Zero), and some people no longer being Rare fans.

Reading Gamespot's latest news on Rare restructuring, some fans (myself included) aren't even too sure about Rare's future survival, even with them having four untitled games they've announced.

For me on Rare, all I can say (again) is I miss them, even with Free Radical/Crytek UK as the old Rare making games for multiplatforms (Nintendo consoles included). If they do go down, I'll probably miss them more than anyone could possibly imagine

@PrincessTwilight To save my memories of growing up with their games on the SNES and N64, yeah they do need saving. @MissMorphine I did hear great things on Perfect Dark Zero's multiplayer.

@Darkmagcite and mitu123 It is a sad thing to think of. @horseyjesse I have seen great reviews on Rare's XBOX games, but fan wise, I'm still seeing some disappointments. @gerudoman320 Rare isn't gone yet, at least let's hope.

I enjoyed the Rare games on 360, even Perfect Dark Zero, but there aren't as good as the Rare games on N64, nothing comes close to Perfect Dark. This is sad news.

I have heard that Rare has been doing pretty well, considering. They were even responsible for the 360 avatars, which I mostly like. Perfect Dark Zero got great scores, and is loved by many...I hated it, but I loved Viva Pinata and Kameo...

I was thinking about this the other day as well -- it's kinda sad thinking about it ... I really do miss the old Rare and Nintendo cooperation. That was really great and I miss a lot of games they used to release. In fact, I've been really wanting to play Jet Force Gemini lately!
