    People piss me off

    Just as the title suggests, people piss me off; sometimes.

    But like today, it took the cake over last week within the first 5 minutes of my day, little did I know it was going to make me so angry.

    I know I should treat people fairly, especially with working phone support, but when something is so freaking simple it's embarassing to know these people don't know what the hell a scroll bar is, let alone not know if they are using the internet browser but happen to know they are on such and such website.

    It's like, " Dude are you freaking kidding me? How much of a dumb f**k can you be?!"

    You know how in the cartoons some characters could punch the other over the phone, I wish I could do that.

    It just gets so aggrivating, repeating the same stuff over and over and over again; telling them they can't do this unless they do such and such first, plain and clear and in perfect English, and then they have the balls to want to speak to a manager because I can't do anything about it; just so they can **** about it until they are blue in the face.

    I hate people so much, well only the dee dee dee's anyway.

    Work Entry 1



    This is just a little something to vent frustrations for the company I work for, it may range from small to long, but hopefully somebody either gets it or can relate to it in some small way.

    I work for a company called FedEx, heard of em right? Big shipping company, lotsa stocks and shipping packages day in and day out without end; that's the company I work for.

    But only with the tech support line over the phone, a call center if you will; remember the first versions of the XBox 360? Like that game system, I've never seen a more buggy website, seasoned site creators and what not, would be completely appauled as to how horribly mangled this website is; It's a programmers nightmare.

    So far with this site, I've tallied up a total of about 100+ problems with this site that can be easily fixed by somebody whom has basic knowledge of site programming, but unfortunately we don't seem to have that dedicated of a staff, so many problems are still here if you've used the site and am well aware of whats going on.

    It's just frustrating as hell, but it's a job and it gets me paid, and provideds a few cheap laughs when people expect alot out of a tech support agent; I'm sorry if you've called us and we're unable to help at some point, but we play with the cards we are dealt and the hand is weak to say the least.
