Well, this is just a relatively short blog. Just wanted to say something about a film I recently watched.
The title is "Let the Right One In". See the imdb page for a description of the story and characters.
I have to say that it was the most beautfiully crafted film I've ever seen, and is quite possibly my favorite of all time. A work of pure genius. If your of the age to watch a rated R film () I definitely suggest you do everything you must to see it.
Also finally picked up Heavenly Sword on PS3, after passing over it on the shelf for so long (heard it was bland and short). I personally think the game is right up there with the best the PS3 has to offer. The characters are a particularly great trait of the game, and it has some of the most impressive facial animation (and, as a matter of fact, animation over all) that I've seen since Half-Life 2's. Gameplay is very God of War inspired, but with a more intricate combat system including three different stances which open up entirely new movesets. The cutscenes of the game are a treat to watch, and the SIXAXIS controlled aftertouches you can perform to guide arrows fired from a crossbow (weilded by Kai, Nariko's sister) or any other objects from thrown wooden hats to cannonballs are the best use of SIXAXIS in the entire PS3 library.
If you've got a PS3, and have yet to play it, don't hesitate.
Well, I hope everyone is doing well, and I bid you adieu.
