    Building a new PC

I'm building a new PC, my PC is really getting too outdated to play a lot of the newer games well. The PC I am using really was not built for the sole purpose of gaming, but the PC I'm building now, will be a pure gaming beast . Here are the specs. Oh and yes I will overclock it .

    • Asus P5E X38 Motherboard
    • 2 gigs of A-Data Extreme DDR2 800 (x2 1 gig sticks)
    • 2x Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 3870s
    • Corsair 750 Watt PSU
    • Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
    • Western Digital Raptor X 150 gig hard drive (I plan on getting a second one eventually for RAID 0)
    • Thermaltake Armor Full Tower case in black
    • Soundblaster X-Fi Xtremegamer
    • Zalman CNPS9700 CPU Cooler
    • Lite-On CD/DVD burner w/ lightscribe

    To Gamespot

Firing Jeff was completely unacceptable! I cannot believe he was fired for writing a honest review! He did his job, and did it well. He wrote a critical review and pointed out the many problems that the game has! It's outright disgusting that he was fired for this! Gamespot you have RUINED your credibility for many gamers! How do gamers know Gamespot's reviews can be trusted if they know that reviews are influenced by advertisers and money? It's going to be extremely hard to redeem yourself Gamespot, what has transpired is completely unacceptable! I hope Jeff gets paid more and treated better than he ever did at Gamespot at wherever he plans to work next.

    Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon

Not too long ago I upgraded my Ubuntu installation from 7.04 to 7.10, so far I have been rather unimpressed with the update. Not much was added and it is buggy. I might actually revert back to 7.04. There have been a lot of users complaining about various problems with 7.10 besides me. So if you have Ubuntu on your computer and don't have 7.10 yet, I would advise you don't install it just keep 7.04 till 7.10 is made to be more stable.
