Gaming Blog 21

Hey gamespotters. I've started playing Team Fortress 2 on PC again, and it's awesome, especially on my new rig. Everything looks much smoother than before. As you might know, Valve released a new update for the game not so long ago, with new achievements for the pyro, I'm trying to unlock all them right now, which can be pretty hard, but it's worth it because of the great weapons you can unlock.

I also bought Call of Duty 4 on the PC a couple days ago. You all might know that I've already own the game for the xbox 360, but I wanted to play online, I don't have Live yet, and I probably won't get it until the end of the year because money is tight at the moment. Well, you know what though I can't play multiplayer because there's a stupid error on Vista that won't let my play online for some stupid reason, even after installing all the latest patches. The singleplayer mode works though, which is wierd... I hope they fix this problem soon, as I'm dying to play online. Plus, there's no refunds for PC games in Taiwan, sucks to be me...

That's all for now guys and gals. Have a great weekend.

What the hell happened?

Hey guys. It's been a little over a week since my last blog, and I'm sorry if I hadn't posted comments on yours. The reason for this is because... Well, my old laptop died last week. I could of got it repaired but it wouln't have been worth it, as everything is outdated. But I managed to get a new desktop PC and a widescreen monitor yesterday for a pretty good price. I'll try to keep with more updates from now on.

As for gaming related stuff, I bought The Darkness for the 360, and I also re-bought Bioshock, both games were used for 650 NT a piece, not bad considering most places around here sell them for 800-900 NT a copy. I've completed the main campaign for Call of Duty 4, I must say it was an amazing game, the controls, graphics and sound effects were top notch. Had a great time with the single player game, looking forward to playing it online once I get Live. Right now, I'm playing through Rainbow Six Vegas 2, and replaying GTA IV. Vegas 2 plays alright, but i ain't as good as COD4.

I am planning on getting Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, but it seems like every shop in my city is out of stock. I really want to play the game. Well, that's all for now guys. Thanks for reading, and I hope you all have a great day.

Hey guys. Nothing much going on this past week. I sold my copy of Bioshock for 800 NT a couple days ago, which was awesome because I originally bought the game used for 750 NT, so I made 50 bucks back. As for gaming, I've been playing Splinter Cell: Double Agent and Call of Duty 4, both are great games. I might go shopping for some more games later today. I'll post an update when I get a new game. Well, that's all for now fellow gamepotters. Have a great weekend everyone.

"Amazing"
The one that started it all. Yes the first game in the Silent Hill series, is one of the best survival horror games to grace the Playstation 1. While the games graphics aren't the high point, the gameplay and story makes up for the weak presentation. The Continue »
