Games vs Depression
Massive respect to mr o'dwyers report around games aiding in the treatment of depression. im a sufferer and have used this method most of the time i have dealt with it (around 9 years). No one should feel alone and everyone should talk about issues such as mental illness with open minds and no prejudice towards sufferers, we arent a bunch of moany gits for me its a coping mechanism, i dnt mean it lol.
