Sorry guess for this huge delay between blogs. Work has been kind of crazy right now (extended practices for Hell Week, Paper Work to fill out, Meetings and Appointments to go to... so much xD), I haven't even really had time for myself to be honest. Occassionally I will get like an hour or so, but it's usually to do chores or get a match or two of Modern Warfare 2 in to keep me sane. Anyways, I am just going to use this as a very light update blog as nothing exactly major has happened in the game space or in RL really xD. Well, I guess I will start with RL since that is pretty easy. It's been work really. School doesn't start till monday (Oh Joy -_-), and like I said, I have had to go do stuff like get a live scan and get a TB Test and what not. As far as how the kids have been doing, they are looking really good. I expect a lot of them this season and can't wait to see what they are like after the year is over .

    LOL LOL LOL

LOL! Get the picture? I coach at Damien... Damien is the Spartans... ok, lame joke is over xD. So I guess I should talk games now, yeah? Alright well, it goes a little something like that: ... not much has gone down xD. I actually haven't really touched a game aside from to once in a blue moon MW2 until Wensday when I went to go get my TB Test, and all I did was spend two hours finishing up Pokmeon White. I ended up beating the store at 28 hours, so I made my goal of beating it in less then 30. It was fun, but I probably won't touch it for a while to be honest. I kind of have my plate full with portable games to play, but since I am supposed to be watching my grandmother's house periodically over the next 3 weeks, I might get some good hours in on my DS. As for 360 stuff... I finaly decided to play it (meaning something other then MW2 xD) yesterday for the first time in a while, and actually got a couple new things off of Xbox Live Arcade. I had gotten points to buy the new zombie maps, and they are awesome. I really am digging moon and the old maps hod up very nicely IMO. After buying some points to get the new Zombie Maps in Call of Duty (I love zombies, so don't judge because I payed $15 for it xD), and I also I got Sonic the Hedgehog and Geometry Wars Evolved. Both are pretty fun and it was a good way to spend points. Still kind of sad I couldn't get Street Figther 3, but I have read some stuff on it that says the online isn't working .

FLY ME TO THE MOON... IN SPACE!!!

Speaking of buying stuff, I have bought quite a bit. Over the past two weeks, I have ordered Great Teacher Onizuka Vol. 1-3 (Still waiting on Vol. 1 for some reason xD), A Chun Li keychain for my car (She now is used for my car keys ^_^), and Dragon Ball Z: Dragon Box 1 and 2 (Dragon Box 2 still is waiting to get in the mail). I haven't started reading GTO because I want the first volume to start, but I am almost done with Dragon Box 1 and I am enjoying it. It's a great trip down memory lane and I can see why I like early DBZ a lot better then later DBZ. It's cheezy at times, but it actually a lot better uncut, and the enidng theme is uber catchy xD.

KA MA HA MA HA MA...

Also, last but not least. I have just finished reading Bakuman Vol. 2. It is pretty good so far, and I am starting to see difference between the anime and manga (Mainly how much they added to the anime), but the core story is basically the same deal. I do plan on finishing Bakuman and starting GTO while reading Death Note: Another Note at school so I can start reading Amazonia while at school. Basiclaly, what I am going to do is the fallowing: In Public (Anywhere but school or work), I will stick to reading "real" books, while at home and at work, I will read my mangas (I do have time to kill while waiting sometimes and the kids don't mind seeing me read it as I have told them it's for my book club xD). At school however, I will have my laptop, so I can actually get away with playing my SNES Emulator, which the game I will be playing will be Illusion of Gia most likey (I heard a lot of good about this game as of recent, and I really want to try it) fallowed by Earthbound. I will keep the DS with Pokemon while at my Grandma's for now, but I will most likely start Radient Historia while I am stuck there, so look out the here about that xD. On top of that, I am going to be writing a lot more with my novel and the Bakuman Fandub Script being worked on, so I actually have quite a bit on my plate for "Fun Stuff" on my free time xD, not inlcuding weekends which will be for me and my Xbox/Wii/PS2 xD.

    I guess I feel... JUMPY!!! ^_____^

Alright people, I am pretty much done with this blog. I hope you guys enjoyed this and I will catch you all next time, whenever and whatever that is

Yo Yo Yo Home Slices... Ok, never doing that again xD. Anyways, I am here today with a new blog. I applogize for a lack of a blog since last Friday or Saturday (I honestly don't even remember when I wrote that last one xD), but I Saturday it was lazy day and Sunday I was trapped in a Coach's Meetings for 7 hours 0_0, so last thing I wanted to do was blog up in front of a computer screen. There was another reaosn for no blog yesterday as well, but I will get into that in a second . So... maybe I should start this thing, yeah xD. I guess I will talk about the two big updates first ^_^

This makes me smile... to bad this didn't happen :(

I will kick this off with the first thing, and that is my new job and how that is working out for me. So, for those who don't know, I am now offically a assitant coach at local high end private school and the day after my 7 hour coach's meeting, my boss (the head coach of the waterpolo program) tell me that we start tomarrow and the be there at 6:35 AM... all I could think was, "Ugh... that early?" xD. It's probably a good thing anyways as it get's me ready to wake up early during the school semester and it helps me get in a better sleeping schedule. Plus it is only this week that we are going to have morning practices, so there is really no worries . Anyways, I get there this morning, he introduces to me the his Varsity Team and I begin to prepare for the second group (Basically the JV Team) who where going to start at 8:30 and go till 11:30. I decided that since my whole point of being there was to get this kids ready for Varsity, I decided to base my workout and drills around what the Head Coach did adding my own flare and ajustments to drills and certian work outs that I felt would cater to a JV team more so then a Varsity Team. The time went by pretty fast I must say and it looks like I have a really cool group of kids. I was supposed to have 4 Juniors and 1 Senior on the team that my boss told me where the trouble makers on the team over there summer program, but 1 Junior came in and quit on the spot and the other 4 never should up, so all I had where Freshman and Sophmores, which is fine cause I would much rather work with kids who want to be there and improve together anyways. My boss watched me for a good while, only intruding here and there when I asked him to so I could focus on some other kids or something like that. After we finished our workout, I went back to the coach's office in the back of the pool deck and who was right there: the Head Coach of Swimming, and a long time Waterpolo Coach... actually, to be all honest, he is one of my favorit Coachs, yet I have never been coached by him more then a few time here and there. I pulled me aside and told me he had no idea had such potential as a coach, and offered me a job to be his Assiant Coach this upcoming Swim Season as well... aw man... I pretty much said hell yeah xD. If I keep this up, this could actually benafit me a lot, as all the comments I heard from my boss and him where very good, although I know there are things I could still us improvements on, but I am a young coach, so it will come with time. I guess I have had so many bad coachs, I kind of know what I don't want to be like xD. I am just really happy I have this job and I can't wait to see where this takes me

    LOL! It's a me! MARIO!!!

LOL! European Waterpolo xD. Looks like the entire team is nothing but Mario and Luigi xD. Even there coach gives me the feeling that I should be eating a Pizza with him xD. Ok... NEXT THING OF BUISNESS (gotta a do it incase any Itllians are offended xD)... I got a new Xbox on Sunday ^______^. It was so random to. After coming home from my Coach's Meeting, my dad asked me, "Hay, want to go get that Xbox right now?"... I was like, "Uh... sure I guess" xD. There actually was a catch to it however: My dad agreed to pay for half and me and my brother could split the remander of it since we are still sharing the thing. So I my bro 100 and he used his card to get use the new 250 GB Xbox Slim... and oh man, way out ****s my old xbox in every catagory possible. Runs fasters, Little-to-No Lag, and downloads and instals take little to no work... and it's pretty damn quite xD. I took everything off my old hardrive (120 GBs mind you) and it barely took a dent out of the new hard drive, as I guess it compresses certian files that are not in use as often or something, but it's amazing to say the least. I didn't get to play it yesterday as all we did pretty much was move everything from the old hard drive over and set up the thing. I did get to play it a bit of it today however. I got about a good 2 and a half hours in today, an hour of Catherine and an hour and a half of Modern Warefare 2 later in the afternoon. I won't talk about Call of Duty to much as everyone seems to hate when I spend time talking about that game xD, but I will talk a bit about playing Catherine. After almost a 3 week leave of the game, I decided to come back to it. I usually do this with games when I start getting frustrated, as I usually come back really refreshed and end up enjoying the game a lot more then I remembered and come back a better player. I tried this with MvC3 and Black Ops recently... but that didn't work out as well xD. Catherine did work however, as I have vastly improved in my knowledge, reflexs, and tactics of how the game is played. I decided before I take on the hell that is Stage 8, I would go back and get Gold on the older stages first, and an hour pretty much got me through 2 and a 3 as each level took me about 20 minutes each to do. Stage 2 was pretty chill, as I didn't even use a guide to get a gold in that stage, really only having it open as a reference in case. Stage 3 I used it towards the end (damn sex monster xD), but I did pretty well in that as well. After that, I decided that I would be a good idea if I stopped playing the story missions for a bit and did Babel Mode (pretty much random towers are created and you have to conquer it or see how far you can get in the fastest time possible) for a quick couple minutes just to see where I placed... yeah... I pretty much slaugtered my old record. Before this, 35 lines was my record, but now... it's at 98 with a pretty solid time. I decided it would be best to end on that note after I died, as I still had chores to do after and I didn't want to start getting made at the game as I just started to like it again. I checked out the leaderboards before I got off, and I saw I wasn't even ranked, but it does only keep the top 1,000... looks like I have a goal xD. All I need to do is hit at least 100 lines at a pretty solid time and I will make it, so I will probably work on that once I get better at the game. Overal though, I am really enjoying my time with Catherine agian and I look forward to playing the story again after I beat it to see Catherine's side of the story and get me some achievements

    Man... those eyes ^____^

BTW, have I said anything about Catherine's Soundtrack? It's quite unique and makes for a very different and enjoyable piece. A lot of remastered cla-ssical tunes like Beethoven and Back, but it has it's other unique tracks and I am enjoying it. I would check it out if you haven't already personally xD. Anways, I was going to talk about some gaming news like how Metal Gear Solid HD Collection with come with the Subsitance Version of MGS3 (Meaning you will get a remasted online versus mode and Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake before only on MSX... this why I love you Kojima xD) and Lolipop Chainsaw's Recent Trailer, but I decided I wouldn't as I have pretty much waited to long to bring that up to people xD. What I was going to talk about before was a story Chrono Trigger about watching one of my best friends play Chrono Trigger for the first time, but as I was typing it, I released it was kind of dumb and uneventful, with the punch line being, "He didn't save and he died, so he had to start over from the begining"... which is kind of the the punch line for every story about 16 bit JRPGs xD. But actually guys, I think I am going to call it a blog. I have found packing a crap tone of stuff in one blog usually doesn't lead to very good comments and usually leaves people just skimming over the raw material and that fact that my blogs aren't short, I think it's better if I only have about 2-4, maybe 5 at the max core things to talk about. It's easier on me and you, and since this job will require a lot of time, I can't promise I will be blogging as much as I have been over this summer. I still have 2 weeks left till school picks back up again, but I am making it a goal of mine to get two-three blogs a week out to you guys: one on Monday about the weekend and first day of the week (usually the most stressful day), Another on Thursday Night going over the week and kind of what ever I have planned over the weekend, then the last one would be a special blog I would most like write Friday and post on Saturday or something as a special blog, so like the a top 10 or a music list. I feel since people don't usually write blogs once school starts, I figure it would be best to give you guys content and it keeps me sain to be honest, so expect that . Alright people, I smell Pasta with Mushrooms and Meatballs, so I am going to go eat, so stay gold and if you comment fast enough, I might be able to save you some leftis (Competative Pokemon Terms FTW!!!)

Oh Suda... you sure do know how to pick them, huh xD

PS: Is it bad I have had No More Heroes and Madworld for like a month and still haven't beat them xD? For some reason, Lolipop Chainsaw reminded me of those two games. I think I will put some time in this week when my bro has his girlfriend over to beat No More Hereos since I only have 3 more bosses to go before I am done with the game. Plus, I kind of want to save MadWorld for a rainy day xD

HAY PEOPLE! GUESS WHO IS BACK? Well... obvious question is answered with an obvious answer xD. So yes, I am finally back from San Fran and let me say, it's amazing to be home. I mean, don't get me wrong, the trip was fun and all, but this is my first time home in almost a week and a half. It's just really nice to lay around and do nothing xD. So basically, the trip was just sight seeing and shopping xD. The sights where up and down to me personally: Some being amazing and others just being ok. The one that left the biggest mark on me was this historal roman church thing, and that was something to see. It just looked cool to say the least xD. I would never live near the area however. Main reasons are it's way to windy (I hate wind 0_0) and it's way to buzzy for my liking. I don't mind quite towns like mine xD.

    Cool City Bro xD

So what did I get while in San Fran? Not much actually xD. I was surprised that I saw not a single video game store there. In fact, I didn't even see any kind of computers store either... maybe they don't believe in technology there xD. I didn't get a game or figure since they only seem to be crazy about comic books and food (food was amazing BTW. I don't think I can eat anything bad ever again, because it will be even worse now that I have tasted such good food xD). I didn't even see an anime store really, as the only mangas or animes I saw where Naruto and old copies of Death Note. That doesn't mean I didn't get stuff though xD. My dad got me Watchman because my brother was supposed to buy it for me, but my dad ended up paying for his transaction, so thanks dad xD. I haven't started reading it yet, but I can't wait to start it .

Should be a good read :)

That wasn't all I got however. We went to this Barns and Nobles that was huge. Two Stories tall with every book and section I have seen in a store. I usually don't like Barns and Nobles, but this store changed my mind about the place xD. I might just give it a chance xD. Anyways, I bought Bakuman Volumes 1-3 and a Rare Zelda: Link to the Past Manga (I know they are popular in other places, but this is the first time I have seen on in Cali, as if there are Zelda mangas, it's usually Ocarina of Time and Majoria's Mask). On top of that, coming home, I looked in my mail box to discover that Both Volumes 1 and 2 of Welcome to the NHK I orderd where also hear as well. I have heard there is quite a difference between the manga, novel, and anime, so I am going to see if I can find out the difference, since I am such a NHK fan xD. I also found out why they don't sell it in stores: It's cause it's to mature for kids to read. If you do find it in a store, it's in a closed case since they believe the material is to strong for anyone to read... which isn't a lie really xD. I haven't read any except for Volume 1 of Bakuman, and it's almost identical to the Anime. Literally line for line and scene by scene is the exact same. I enjoy am enjoying more then the anime however, as the manga is more detailed about the process of making a manga and I think it just fits a manga better then the anime. Overal, I enjoy the series and probably will stick with the manga along with GTO, which I didn't find . Looks like I will have to order it online xD.

    Me like the artwork xD

Only otherthing to report is my Progress in Pokemon White (My second time playing through a 5th Gen story) and this one is going by a lot faster then my first Playthrough. I am at about 22 hours right now and I am about to get the Black Stone before I head over to get my 8th Badge. If all goes well, I should beat it under the 30 hour mark, as it took me 37 hours to beat the game on my Black version my first time through. I am skipping trainers, and Twist Mountain was a uber easy since it's winter in the game and during winter, Twist Mountain opens up and allows you to litterally run straigt to the end of the tunnel xD. I think I only fought two trainers in what usually takes ages cave, and they where the doctor to heal my pokemon and the Ace Trainer before you get the TM for Substitute. I am enjoying this playthrough a lot more then I though I would, as it is actually a lot deeper then I remember it being. I forgot how complex N's Philosphy of most people making Pokemon Suffer was, and it also makes it more funny that the game fails to stick with the strong theme throughout the rest of the game. It doesn't help we dont' get N's backstory either xD. My team is also looking strong, as I am rolling 3 pokemon that I traded over from my Black Version (Gabite, Lucario, and Umbreon) and 3 are ones I caught in-game (Mienfoo, Lampent, and Giglith), and it's really working out for me to say the least. The ones I traded from my Black Version I got at level one and kicking out my starter in place for my Riolu has been quite fun . IDK if it's just me, but having some of the pokemon you like form the start is a lot more fun that having to race with pokemon you don't like to get the pokes you want. Sometimes it also allows you to replace them out for pokes you find as well .

    LOL LOL LOL

Oh Ash... if only you where a good trainer, you would of kept that Riolu and kept you baby Gible and evolved it to a Garchomp... but that would require you to actually not suck xD. Anyways, it's a shame you can't do anything after the game is over, or how there are no choices to change what the outcome of the end game is. I mean, you know how awesome it would be if you could chose to be a member of Team Plasma, or if you could settle down mid-way and become a gym leader and challange trainers that come in from either in-game opponents, or even when you do become the champion, you actually gain there dutys and have to play peace-keeper in the pokemon world and defend your title with challangers climbing up to take your throne. Idk, but I think it the games became more like a Harvest Moon approuch to games and let the player decided how to live there pokemon lives, I think it would be better personally. I mean, it would also have a huge MMO possiblity as well. Imagine opening up your own server and having your friends play Gym Leaders and Elite 4 members and having other players come-in and try to conquire the server. I think I would be really intense and leave the game with a lot of replayablity... omg, I am rambeling to much xD. I am donw people, so I am going to sign out probably jump in a skype call or something. I hope you enjoyed this post and I will probably post something tonight, so stay gold and I will catch you all then

Probably the coolest Gym Leader from Shinnoh xD

I decided to do this since I most likely will not have a blog post up until friday, since I am actually leaving for vaction tomarrow. Me and family are just taking a short trip up to San Frensico to sit see and shop, which is pretty cool I guess. I probably won't buy anything, as I am going to wait till my return to go to a collectable show to see if Great Teacher Onizuka is there... unless of course I see it in San Fran, then I will probably pick it up there xD. Probably will get Bakuman Volume 2 if I can find it as well. I will be back on Friday though, so since we don't have long, let's just jump right into this

Man... that is pretty funny xD

Alright, so first up is about this new job that is coming up. For those of you who missed out on the blog, I got offered a job to be an assitant coach at pretty high end private school. As of now, I pretty much have it, but there are two conditions. 1st is i need go to a 3 hour ceminar that every employ of the school has to go to and second is I have to take a CPR and First Aid **** Aside from that, I am pretty much all set to go as I already got my coaching cradentional when I took my coaching ****back during my freshman year. Man... I am to excited for this job .

This will be me fairly soon :)

So after getting today and playing some good old Xbox for a bit, I was asked to go out and take my sister to the book story to buy her some books to read for the trip that is upcoming. After we went there, I decided to stop at Gamestop and pick up a used game I haven't played that I could possibly beat in around 15-25 hours just over the vacation, so I could return it when I returned on Friday and pick up another game. I looked around at the very small selection now (sadly The World Ends With You wasn't there, and I have no interest in a KH game) and I saw they had Fire Emblem: Fire Dragon. Now I know that a portable FE games in around that time and I would just be rushing through it since I could really careless about this game. I picked it up for 15 bucks and this is what happened:

NAH NAH NAH NAH NAH NAH NAH

I came home to not only try to game, but also jump on Catherine for once... and I disocover 2 terrible things. First was my Xbox Red Ringed . I have had the thing for between 3-4 years (it's actually an Xbox Arcade Model) and with all the problems I have delt with, the fact I got the Perma Red Ring is terrible. I was a little depressed, but I figured it was probably a good thing to have no xbox for the next few weeks since I can focus on other games and getting ready for the upcoming semester. So I decided to try Shadow Dragon and would you know it: The Game Cartrage is currupt! What does that mean? It means the game is useless to me... such a great way to end a day ...

Can't let you do that Star Fox :(

BTW, if anyone get's the refence of the picture above, I am proud of you . To get back to the topic however, I couldn't end the day like this, now could I? I was sent to go get dog food shortly after, so I decided to pay a visit to GS about Fire Emblem not working and when I brought it back to them, they felt so bad and since I am a good costumer and the only one in the store, they offered me one free DS game of my choice, new or used. I was looking at Ghost Trick first, but I heard a rumor about the game coming to IOS soon (similar to the Ace Attorny games) and after Catherine, I kind of don't want a Puzzle Game right now, espically one that looks rather challanging. I will pick it up eventually, but i think I will wait for Winter Break .

Looks like a cool game I will have to try someday :)

What I ended up getting however was Pokmeon White. Now some of you may find this a waste since I already have Pokemon Black, but now I can have a "Pure" game without using cheats to train my pokes and if I ever chose to participate in a offical Nintendo Tourny, I will be ok. Plus, it gives me a excuss to go through the game's story mode again, which I would galdy put 20-30 hours into again to experince it with new pokemon and get me the ability to use a second save file . Also, I am most like going to trade over a Mienshoa, Riolu, and Eevee over because I have way to many to not just hand out xD. On top of that, because this literally is my "Sister Account", I am going to have a girl avatar for this file. It will help me difference between the two games better aside from the fact I am starting with Tepig for the sister account and I started with Osuwat for my main account. As for the name of the account... well, I was going to go with Catherine, but the name doesn't fit and Chun-Li is not going to happen xD. I was going to us Lyn as the file name... but now that I think about it, Celty is a much better name IMO. It's that cool kind of name you give to something that has a special purpose, like a secret agent with only mission: to be as legit as possible xD. Plus Lyn is a name I would much rather prefer to give to my computer xD. I will be trading over neuteral babies to this account so I won't have **** stats, but won't have amazing stats wasted without ev training... and yeah, that is about all the pokmeon talk I know you guys can take xD

Celty shall be intersting to see how it is playing though her story xD

The last thing I wanted to talk about was my list for the Fall Semter games I will be playing. Seeing as this playthrough of pokemon will only probably have like 50 hours max on it, I am expect to finish this before my fall semester even begins xD. As for Fall Semester, not a lot of console games are going to be played. September I was supposed to have Gears of War 3, with October being BattleField 3, with Resident Evil: Code Veronica and Zelda after that mainly, but with the Xbox Down as it is, IDK what I am going to do. It's not like I have a lot of free time this semester anyways to be quite honest, as I am taking some pretty demanding ****s. Portable gaming will see the most jump, as I will be playing Radient Historia on my DS and Earthbound on my Computer at school or when I have time to kill away from home. If I finish both those games, I still have Fire Emblem 8 I can jump on and I can always go back to Pokemon, as I kind of want to save Ghost Trick for winter break, as it seems like a good break to play over winter break xD. Plus with this job now, portable gaming might be the most gaming I will be seeing during the Fall. I am kind of looking forward to it, but I will miss my Wii, PS2, and 360 quite a bit in my absence .

    HA HA HA!!!

LOL! Remember these? I wanted one, but it was a waste of money if you had an SP. I kind of want one now though however, just to have something relyable to play my old GBA games on xD. Anyways, I am done people and I hope you enjoyed the longer blog. So remember, stay gold and I look forward to seeing you all back when I return from vacation. Happy Posting

Yup. I should be on a plane right now heading my way towards home, but a woman needed to go home ASAP, so I gave up my seat and I won't be leaving Seattle until later on today, so becaus I am here in a airpot with nothing to do, I am going to give you guys a top 10 list . Of what you may ask? Well, since I am feeling in a RPG mode lately, I am going to be doing my top 5 RPG's of all time. So get confy, get your reading face ready, and enjoy the list . A quick note though: I AM NOT INCLUDING POKEMON ON THIS LIST! Why? Because the game is a given and this may sound strange, but I have never cosidered pokemon an RPG. Pokemon is just Pokemon to me. I know it's strange, but trust me. It's a game I love to death, but it's not going on the list xD. If it could go somewhere... I would say it would probably be number 5 anyways. Just put it there and move everything else back, and you will get the idea xD.

    sora_heart's Top 5 List

Looks better everytime I see this :)

    Top 5 RPG's

LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL Count's resist xD

    Honorable Mentioned - Lost Odyssey

This one I felt got cheated out of a spot due to the amount of RPG's on this list and there honestly wasn't enough to come to mind to do a top 10 list instead, so I settled do this for the game, so just treat it like a number 6 xD. Anyways, Lost Odyssey is my favorite next gen RPG for the 3 current consoles (obviously anything exclusive to PS3 I haven't played xD) and is probably the best JRPG on the xbox. Like I said back in my 30 days of gaming, I am a sucker for good JRPGs, so if that is all you see when I say top 5 RPGs, there is a reason for it xD. Godo JRPGs are rare to come by now a days and growing up with them dominating my childhood only makes them that much more impressive to me. Also to let people know, I prefer turn-based RPGs over anything, so expect most of those to. Why do I bring this up here? Because this game has that and does it well enough to be mentioned, but is also held back by quite a bit of problems. The battle system is very remanistant to Legend of Dragoon and the story telling is fantastic along with the ring system and position system implied into the game. My main grip with the game comes with 3 major problems: 1) the main character looks like a girl. I am sorry if I offend anyone, but when you are playing as Bad Ass Immortal Solider who has been alive for 100+ years, you don't want to be looking at a girls face with girl hair and figure. It might just be me though xD. 2) Magic drain way to fast and since the game refuses to let you buy ethers in shops (you have to go to special spots in the game to buy them or find them), it's really anyoying since the magic is some of the most powerful in the game, and when you are stuck with character's that relay on magic as there primary function, it's even worse. 3) Inconsitant difficulty for no reason. There are certian enemys in this game that are hard for almost no reason! On top of that, save points are scatarted at what seems random. Some are right next to one another, and some take you almost 2 hours to get to and if you die, that sucks for you. Also, why is it that save points only refil your health, but not you magic! Aside from those grips however, this game is very solid. Great characters (for those of you curious, Seth and Jansen are my favorite xD), amazing story (probably one of my favorites from this generation of games), and music that is pretty solid. Through an addicting combat system into the mix that DOESN'T relay of grinding, and you have yourself a killer game that is very hard to miss .

    GIRLY MAN!!!

    Number 5 - Earthbound/ Mother 2

This is a RPG that I admit, yes, I have never finished this game, but I still love everything about it. It's very different in a sence that it's more of a coming of age story rather then a save the world story. I mean, there is a save the world story in there, but the way it deals with modern problems at the time it was around (covers things like police brutality, KKK, and Prostitution just to list some) and incorperate real world elements like getting money from the ATM and buying hamburgers instead of potions makes for this game to be a something that people just have to play for themselves. On top of that, the game is very funny, making a lot of the dialouge in the game make you LOL at the most unexpected times xD. The main problem with this game however is IT'S A GRIND FEST! It's anyoying, but it's really the only problem with the game. This game would of been higher if I didn't like other games over it and I personally do not care for grinding, but this game is such a experince that it has to be on here. If you have not played the game before, track it down on the internet (by either buying it on SNES for a gazlilion dollars or emulating it), because Nintendo has no plans to release this over VC anytime soon... such a shame too .

I swear... I have heard of this from somewhere ^_^

Number 4 - Legend of Dragoon

Now that I look at my list, this the only Western RPG to make the list and for good reason too. This game I recieved as a gift from my uncle, as he only spent $5 new on it at a local walmart cause they where trying to give them all away. A Christmas gift I expected to hate ended up being one of, if not, my favorite game on PS1! This game is very hard to come by now a days, but those that give it a chance will be rewarded with one of the most satasifing stories in gaming. On top that, this game was the first game to try a timed battle system, allowing players to feel more of a part during the turn based battles. The Dragoon Transfermations, Stunning FMV's, and a SNES Inspired Soundtrack, and you have yourself a pretty solid package. I will be the first to admit, this is not a perfect game and yes, there is room for improvement, but don't let this "FF7 Clone" (I hate when people say that) stear you away. There is nothng like it and you can see just how ahead of it's time the game really is. Come one Sony... let's see a remake

Such beautiful art direction as well :)

    Number 3 - Final Fantasy X

Oh man... so much nostalgia here! SO MUCH!!! My first Final Fantasy Game and let me tell you: IT'S STILL AMAZING! Now that I am older, I can actually see why I like this game so much. The game is basically a upgrade to FF1. Same battle system but with more advancements such as being able to swap out characters in your part at any time (even during battle) and the huge grid system. The graphics and voice acting leaded the industry at the time and the music is breath taking to say the least. A story with somewhat of a lazy ending, still is one of the best stories in gaming and no one saw the twists coming. This might be up so high because of the memories I have with this game, but I enjoyed it non the less and still enjoy it today .

Great game, just a great game :)

    Number 2 - Fire Emblem 7

God, this game ages SO WELL! If you would of asked me 3 years ago what place this was, I would of said 5th or 6th. Ask me 1 year ago, it would of been like 4th. Now it sits on the number 2 spot. Why? Because this game is one of those games that every time you come back to it, the game is a different experience. You find new characters you never liked before and you end up with a new MVP list everytime you replay this game. On top of that, the game has rewarding and tactical combot with some of my favorite characters in gaming, and a vixen that despite the fans claiming to be a lesbian, is probably my favorite gaming babe of all time... next to Chun Lee of course xD. Add a great plot and the fact this game was a visionary in pick-up and play that actually added to the difficulty of the game (which is fairly high already), it's no wonder i am dying for the game to be ported to iPhone or 3DS E-Shop xD. It's probably the game I have played the most (Over 10 times) and one of the few games I have multipule copies of (3 Cartages and one digital copy on my computer, AKA, a rom xD). This game is just great and if you haven't played it, you should do so .

Love the battles in this game and animations are great too :)

    Number 1 - Chrono Trigger

LOL! Was this really hard? This is a given. It's to obvious that I would pick this game as my Number 1 favorite RPG of all time. There so much I have said about this game, so instead of saying it over again... I am just going to quote myself:

"Chrono Trigger is unquie in the sense that it's the game I compare certan elements too. In reviews, sometimes I will compare elements to Chrono Trigger as an example of how the game did it right. The game has a simple overal story, but incorperates them into gameplay SO WELL and the has a lot of little complex storys and if the player choses to pertake in these side stories, they are rewardly greatly. Chrono Trigger set standards for many elments in gameing: Moral Choices, Combo Attacks, The Extintion of Random Encounters, Simple and Great Story Telling, Complex Characters with a great senes of Character Devlopment, Amazing Visuals, Fonaminal Music, Outstanding Replay Value..."

    Nuff said... Nuff said xD...

Man, gotta love that art of this game :)

    _____________________________________________________

Well people, that raps up this post pretty much. Now I know some of you are probably like, "OMG, WHERE IS KINGDOM HEARTS?" and to answer that: it's the same reason why pokmeon isn't on there. I don't think of KH as a RPG, but rather an action adventure game personally. I don't know why, it just is like that to me. I am wierd I guess xD. I am done though, so thanks for reading and I will catch you all later ... I will end this blog with a good pic of Lyn

Lyn... why are you not real xD

I know this is late, but I ended up beating this game just an hour ago. It was a nice ending and overal, proves my point of why this my personal favorite zelda game. My next DS game will either be going back to Pokemon Black (Possibly buying white to do a custom playthrough of that game) or start Radient Historia. The later of the two seems most likely since I am leaving on tuesday for vacation and that would be a good game to have most of the car-trip take up xD. Alright, just wanted to let you guys know I beat really is all. I have to go to sleep since I need to be up at like 4, so talk to you all later...

This is funny cause I don't understand xD

Yeah, I is kind of sad, but happy at the same time. I have missed my home and bed, and it will be nice to go home, but at the same time, I like the wheater out here and it's a nice getaway from home. I just hope I won't be put somewhere I don't want to be on my plane flight home xD. Last time I gave up my confee set to a mother and child while I got banisehd between the two biggest people on the flight. I was offered a free alchoolic beverage, but I declined it as a shot doesn't sound all the great in the morning xD. Besdies, I am not old enough anyways xD. Anyways, that is really all I wanted to post. Kind of nothing happened today aside from seeing the Blue Angels preform, but aside from that, it has been rather quiet and relaxing. Alright people, I will talk to you in next post, whenever and whatever that is

The show was pretty sick I must say :)

Alright, let's just jump into this xD. I just listened to Steve Berry (Wrote The Cotton Malone Series and Templar Legacy) and James Rollins (Wrote the Sigma Force Series and Amazonia) talk about story stucture and what not, and I was very impressed. If I get into detail, it would probably boer everyone hear, but those who are interested in the craft of story telling and getting published, this was excellent! I would highly reccomend seeing if they are doing this C-lass (They are doing a tour I guess) in your area. Check there Facebook pages, as they probably have updates there. What was really impressive about all this was I went to there open Q&A and Book Signing last night and THESE TWO GUYS KNEW ME! I have never heard of these guys up until now, and when I brought one of there books up for them to sign, and once I gave them my name, the said, "Hay, your that California Guy, huh?" I was a little shocked, as I found out that I was not only the only person from out of state in his presentation, but I was also the youngest person in his c-lass that was intersted in working in the field someday. I was a little speachless and really neverous since Jame Rollin wrote in my book, "Looking forward to seeing you in the morning" and I was worried he would as for my work, but luckly he didn't. Thank God to, as it isn't even close to being done yet, as I only have about 4,000 words of this novel and have been working on it for like 3 months or so. I know it's not much, but I am still fine-tuning the story and deciding a few things as I go around. Overal, this just strenthens my interst in getting into the field of creating stories, even if it's not in writing, as the comments I made about story devlopment impressed most of the people (including the two authors) of my knowledge and understanding of the craft of story for my age. It was great, but this was not even close to the highlight of the past 12 hours or so.

I think I am going to read these guys books :)

While I was in the presentation, my Dad tried to call me, and I of course ignored it, and he then fallowed by a text that asked if I could talk. I told him I couldn't till 2, but I could text. He then told me I had just been offered a job by Damien High School to be an Assistant Coach for there Varsity Water Polo Team. Now, for those of you who don't live in Cali, Water Polo is kind of a cool sport exclusive to states that have hot weather and beaches and Damien High School is one of the top 10 schools in the state and apprantly, I was recommended by 5 different coachs to be his assitant (Some of which are high level coachs). No coaching experince, only one job prior (Unless you include the odd jobs I do) and now just after word of mouth, I have been offered a job at a high end private school... I am more then blown away. I have somewhat dreamed of being a coach as a side hobby on top of writing, and the fact I have to learn and get experince at a school with such high prestiege is AMAZING!!! To be honest, as of now, not to much can make this day any worse .

This will be where I might be getting a job :)

Also, last note before I go: I got to about episode 25 of Great Teacher Onizuka and I think I am going to put it down. It lacks the sparck it had at the beggining and the episodes aren't exactly the most funny or excitting anymore for the last 5-6 episodes. I looked up the series online and apprantly, only the first handfull of episodes are based off the manga, and the rest are made up as they went. It is really easy to spot out the filler episodes as they aren't as strong as the ones from taken out of the manga, and I guess the next 10 aren't from the manga, and the ending is different as well. I think what I might do now is stop watching the anime and read the manga, as I have heard it's 2 times as funny then the Anime is, and I have been looking for a good manga to get into and since the a new series of GTO is coming in the beggining of 2012, I think it will be good to catch up . Also, fun fact: Shonen publishes this series... WHAT?!?!?!?

Cool Story Teach... See what I did there ^_^

Alright people, I am done for the day, and if good things keep happening, I might post another blog update about it, but most likely you won't hear from me till before I leave or get back to Cali. I hope you guys enjoyed this post and keep up the comments guys. Last one get like 7 comments not inlcuding my own and I love hearing from you. I try to post back to you guys, but I can't make any promises and if it's something like, "Oh that's cool", it's hard to comment back xD. But I enjoy hearing your guys thoughts and I take your opinion seriously, so don't be afriad to tell me I sound like an idiot or you agree xD. Alright, I am getting ready to leave, so stay gold people and I will check in later . I think for today, let's end with some great art from Spice and Wolf, which might be the next anime I rewatch when I get the chance ^_^

Damn that opening and closing theme... so addicting ^_^

So, for people who don't know, yes, I am in Washington right now, but I am home alone today because my Uncle had a meeting with the rest of the Xbox Live Team... he wouldn't say way, but I am sure it's something that I can't know anyways xD. This leaves me with nothing better to do then bring you guys a nice blog updating about what I have been up to while I have been up here so far.

LOL! I would buy this xD

So one of the main reasons for coming out here (aside from seeing my Uncle) is to check out the College Campus here for the University of Washington in Seatlle. It's a beautiful campus and seems like great place for writing, as they only require high school albgerba (lower then CA's requirement), but they want a full year of "world" langue (cause brail and sign count xD) , which sucks cause I only have a full year in high school and they don't want that . It's not to bad though, and it looks as though I am going to get my AA degree before I transfer, which is nice. I am just still stunned at how big the campus is and what they have there. They have a Kiaking team, which means I have a new sport to persue if I go there xD. The campus looks like something from Assassian's Creed... I mean, look at it xD

    Man... so cool ^_^

So after getting home and calling it a night, I decided to try to fall asleep, but couldn't seem to go to sleep. I think it's cause I have trouble sleeping when I am not in my bed personally. Anyways, so after trying till like 1, I decided I would start watching Great Teacher Onizuka for the first time as I have heard a lot of good and I have to say, it is really good. It has some very perverted humor, but the it's hilrious... it's a funny tail with good morals and plot for school anime and the characters are actually deep, despite that fact almost every character in the show is voiced by Windy Lee (who is actully really likeable in this anime ^_^) and Steve Blum xD. It's great fun and I ended up watching 11 episodes last night between trying to go to sleep. I ended up going to bed at around 5 finally, but I am planning on watching it some more today .

LOL! This is me during the summer xD

Alright people. I am done, so I am going to watch more GTO... yeah, kind of a crap ending, but who cares. It isn't like anyone comments anyomre anyways (cruel personal jokes FTW ^_^). Anyways, stay gold and I will catch you all later

Alright, no into this time people. We are just going to jump right into it ^_^. Alright, let's talk 3DS first. I was listening to a podcast called Raido Free Nintendo (I hightly recommend them as I find them to be the best video game podcast out there personally) and they spent at least a good 45 minutes of there 1 hour and 20 minute podcast talking about the 3DS price drop, and they accidently released a little inside information I find to be quite useful. Because of the upcoming 3DS Price Drop, places like Walmart and Best Buy are going to want to make as much money on there current stock of 3DS's as possible. Because of this, some places might actually drop there current 3DS price before the date of the price cut. If this is true, it will be possible to buy a 3DS for like $200 and still be able to apply for the Ambassitor Program. What does this means? It means, on a technichal standpoint, you are paying $30 for 10 NES and 10 GBA games, which is still pretty good. If you shop at Walmart, Gamestop, or Best Buy, I would look out for that .

I love you Iwata, but this is for making fun of the iPhone 0_0

Alright, let's talk some novel talk. I have been asked about it and decided to talk about it a little bit, of course keeping all the good stuff to myself as anyone can read this and I would hate to give away everything xD. Back when I started writing, I orginally started working on a Science Fiction/Fantasy Novel about the after life and what happens when one dies. It was a intersting idea and even though that series has some of my favorite and first characters I have ever created on top of a story I love to death, I am putting it on hold. Looking back on it after a year of becoming a better writer, I notice things that either require me to go back and redo it and it's a little to long for my first novel. Granted, I have been working on it since I was a sophmore in high school, perhaps waiting till I am a better writer is a good thing. I know I will come back to it, but for now, I got something new that I am much happier and satasfied working on. This current novel I am working on basically a story about a 7th-8th grader trying to fit into society. He is one of those kids who thinks he way older then he actually is and I have had people who have read it say he is, "A Character that pisses you off, yet relatable and likeable at the same time." People tell me I have captured this character's insight on the world and the nerdy humor is apprantly really good, which I find funny since I don't consider humor my strong suit. Anyways, the novel centers around him and the end of his 7th grade year and his entire 8th grade year, growin gand learning a lot about grow up, friendship, and the value of everyday living. Anyways, I have worked on this novel here and there for about 3 months now, with this week being my first serious time working on it, and I am adoring where this is going. Rare do you see a novel from a male middle schooler's perspective, let alone cover in a believable maner. My orginal insperation was "Welcome to the NHK, except make it appeal to a wider age range," and this is what I came up with, and I can't wait to finish it .

    Oh man... if only ^_^

Alright, two more thigns before I go. First, due to my recent love with Bakuman and lack of a English Dub, I have decided to use the show as a pre-project to prepare for my upcoming Machinima to get an idea of what I am going to get myself into. That is right, I am going to be directing a Bakuman Fandub, which includes a solid translation, good sound/music syncing, and a believable english cast. I already kind of have who is playing who in my head, so hopefully, this will be a fun project that will help me get my feet in the water . Second, I am leaving tomarrow for Washington, but don't worry. I will be bring this very laptop I am writing this blog on, so I will not be out of touch with the world while I am gone . I will let you guys know how the college campus is (possibly post some pictures of the place) and give you an update about what these two others say about my work . Alright people, I can smell dinner, so I am going to jump off for the night. Thanks for reading and I will catch you all on the flip side .

I thought this was a cool picture to end it on :)

PS: IDK what happened the other day, if I posted my blog at a bad time, if no one was online, or if nobody thought the topic was interesting, but I only got 3 comments in almost 3 days . I used to seeing at least five by now, with that being in the first couple of hours. I guess nobody liked the Thunder Cats Reboot ^_^

Ok, I know I told some people last time that this post would be about my Novel and Stuff, but I will do that one either later today or sometime tomarrow. Yesterday it was so crazy (as in I was so busy), that I didn't even get a chance to work on my novel like I wanted . Plus the original post of this was going to be so long, that I decided it probably would be best to just split it into two blogs. This one will be about the shows I saw yesterday and later will be about my Novel and some very helpful inside information about the 3DS price cut . Alright, let's get this blog started then

LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL

For anyone wondering, I looked up busy on Google, and this picture was on the first page, so I went with it xD. Anyways, let's talk Thundercats Reboot first. Overal, the first episode was very good. The way it was told and the way the characters act has a very anime feel, which is different in comparrison to Cartoon Networks last action series I liked, Young Justice which was like a Teen Titans with the seriousness of Batman the Animated Series. The Thundercats Reboot seems to be more like Avatar: The Last Airbender, with Action Scenes and humor being the main focus, with an actually interesting plot. Plus with good tributes to the OG Thundercats like how Lion-o's Dad being voiced by the Old Lion-o and the fact that Snarff isn't anyoying as hell now, I really enjoy this reboot over the Orginal. Characters are complex, story is tragic and starts the story off great, and the animation is really solid. My only complaint is the show is taking the Young Justice time slot, most like cause Young Justice isn't ready for it's second season yet, which is depressing, but this should keep me entertained till that comes back .

It looks good so far :)

The other thing I got to do was Finally pick Bakuman back up and finish it. It turns out I only had about 6-7 Episodes left, so I decied to watch each one between things I was doing and I ended up finishing it and boy, I really love the series but man, I HATE DAMN CLIFF HANGERS!!! The way this series ends it's first season makes Halo 2 look like a complete ending, and that says a lot 0_0. The rest of the seires was good and really enjoyable. Honestly, it's probably the only Anime I can compare to Welcome to the NHK, as it is a very realistic anime, with the only difference (aside from plot and characters obviously), it is has a more upbeat Shonoen Story with the whole thing sometimes going over the top on the whole "Fallow your Dreams no matter way" kind of message, but aside from that, it's really enjoyable and keeps you on edge for a lot of the show. If you don't know yet, Bakuman story is about two guys who want to start doing a Manga to basically get one guy to marry the girl of his dreams xD. It's cheasy at times, but it works in the story's favor, espically since it's about middle school/high school students xD. The middle is where the most intense stuff happens, as the end of the series has a tendency to drag on a lot, but it's a solid ending to a solid series, except the very end of course, that just litterally ends with, "See you guys in Season 2", like the know there is going to be one... A-Holes xD. I mean, why can't more Animes be like Spice and Wolf, where every ark could techniquly be a stasifing ending and the only reason you go the next ark is cause you like the characters xD. IDK, but it is really good and I migh tactually start reading the manga. I think I will pick up the first Volume next time I go to Borders (which will be today) and read it to see how it hold up to the anime. If anyone hasn't seen it, I would highly reccomend it . The only shame is the lack of an English Dub, which is dissapointing, but I can deal with it a guess xD.

    Such good art :)

Alright people, that is it for this blog. Wow, nothing gaming related in this blog, huh? How strange xD. It might be cause I didn't touch a video game yesterday, but that is cause I hardly have time this week to do so. I think today I will end the blog with a pretty sick Anime Girl: Celty from Durrarra! (An anime I haven't watched since Episode one, but the reason for that is because I missed episode 2 and I guess Adult Swim is showing them out of order, so I don't want to feel lost until someone posts the Adult Swim order xD). Stay gold readers and catch you all on the flip side

Only thing wrong with her is a lack of a head xD

Yeah, just felt like posting this because I can xD. Anyways, I am on stage 8 right now and I think I am at the last boss. I won't say anything about what has happened in the story, but man, the plot twists keep coming. I think this one of those games that you won't understand the entire story unless you get all the multipule endings, but I have a pretty good idea what is going on right now... or so I think. IDK, I am still kind of lost in the plot as the twists keep racing by me this late in the game. I am a little lost for words to be honest x_x... and just to let you know, I made it to the end of Mission 6 before I busted out a video guide to help me through Mission 7. This game is brutal, but I am proud that I did most of it by myself xD. Also, I don't think I will be getting all the achievements this time around either. The only one I might shot for is getting gold on Hard Mode, but there is the one to beat randomized tower mode, but I have no idea how long it goes. I guess I could youtube it, but I am not going to worry about it right now. I am just going to enjoy the game for what it is right now, and most likely get all the endings, mainly cause I want to see them all. The only problem I either A) Need to buy the Guide or B) wait for people to write one out, as the game is still to new to go to Gamefaqs for the answers xD. I might just buy the guide, as the art seems like something I might enjoy... wait, what is this? I looked on Amzon and even Gamestop right now and there is no guide listed avialable... intertesting. Not even Prima Guides could beat the game xD. Aw well, looks like I am stuck waiting... that or go check if IGN has one... but why am I even talking about this right now? I have been getting so side tracked lately... maybe it's my lack of sleep lately... oh my, how ironic xD.

Oh... who wouldn't want to wake up to this ^_^

Anyways, yeah... my sleeping schedual is all over the place, and I think it's affecting me at this point. I am starting to notice things I didn't before and I am overthinking things again. I find myself almost every night looking up in my fan at night, watching it spin round and round... idk, but it get's me thinking about things like the past and the future... which I usually don't think about for this reason: it's not really good for you. Sure, doing stuff like school and a career is looking into the future, but I mean in like the deeper meaning stuff. Like will the rest of my life be this routine, or is waiting around for the right girl a good choice right now or should I just look for one of those slutty girls who just know how to please... which woudln't leave me that happy to be quite honest and I would only be happy with her doing one thing most likely... alright, getting awkard now xD. Anyways, like I said, when people ask me for advice and start telling me about there past, I usaully say it doesn't mater cause it's the past, and there is the only the now that you should be worried about. Maybe I should start taking my advice? It doesn't usually bother me, but maybe it's cause everyone else is on edge right now (it's Junior Olypmics for my sister and brother, so Bro is grumpy and my sister is being a freshman in high school... stuborn and agrumentative 0_0. My mom is always tired from work cause of her back, and my dad is being more grumpy as well cause he is home more to notice the habbits I have he doesn't like, which is my carefree nature), and I have been kind of stessed cause this thursday, I leave for Washington to see my uncle. I know I should be more excitted and I am excitted, but the real reason I am going there is to look at the college campus and to meet two others to get there advice on a workshop the show them my writing and get there imput. I usually don't worry, but these guys are big time authors and if they both say, "yeah, maybe you should do something else..." IDK... if they do, it might be the best thing for me. It means I can persue something else, like scripitng on video game storyboards or something. I am sure it will be fine to be honest, but I cant help but worry. This entire week, I will be at Borders to work on the piece I am bringing them (which will be the segment of my new novel I have been working on) and to avoid being home. IDK, I guess I am getting cabin fever and it will be nice not to see none of my family for a bit xD. Plus, it leave me to strictly play Catherine in the moring, as that is when I play the best anyways xD. I do blame my lack of sleep for all this though, and I have been having pretty strange dream lately too...

Open Ended Picture for an Open Ended Mind...

These dreams I keep having are just strange. It started on Wednesday, the first day I began to start staying up past 2 AM, and that night I dreamt about being the only man on the moon, except I was dating the moon... It was just wired as I don't even remember the entire thing xD. Thursday I stayed up agian and had a dream that I was dating my sister's coach, who is like 28 and play professional Waterpolo in France 0_0. She asked me out and I ended up stopping her from being killed by a robber or something... then I got in a car accident and I proposed to her at random... IDK, it's another strage dream. I was kind of grossed out as I don't even like my sisters coach... no, I mean, she could kick my ass, and I am a pretty build guy... yeah, not happening xD. Friday Night I stayed up till 3 and my dream was about becoming famous out of all things. I meet some really rich girl and since she was something special (I forgot what), I became something special... I don't remember the rest... I just remember leaving her cause girl was crazy attached with only barely knowing her. Last night I stayed up till 3 again and just spent the night thinking about Catherine and how it was going to end. It wasn't really much of a strange dream, but more like a focused mediation. If I did have a dream, I don't remember it xD. I guess these aren't as bad as the Vaporeon Girl Episode I had...

Ok... let's not talk about this xD

Ugh... don't remind me of this xD. Still though, all these dreams and all of this thinking might be from Catherine. After all, every dream seems to have something to deal with girls and the entire plot of Cathrine is about... well, two girls xD. One is the love of your life and one is the love of your dreams... sigh... look at me, I am anyalizing a video games story to explian my recent behavior/mood and dreams xD. I do spend to much time with stories xD. I usually don't mind staying up late, but my Dad keeps waking me up early cause he is home now more often and I don't do naps, so I just contiue to get pushed back further behind scheudal and I am tired during the day and awake during the night. The way he tries to wake me up is anyoying to. First he shouts and I wake up for 5 minutes, then go back to sleep. Then he leaves my door open and blasts country music through out the house. It's really damn anyoying (I hate country music) and it bothers me more because I am twenty and he thinks sleeping in till 9:30 - 10:00 is a evil... ugh... sometimes I wish I could move out... but not in this economy xD. Anyways, I am done for the night. I am actually going to try and go to bed early, so I will chat with you all later. I will post of a blog for sure tomarrow as I always write something good at borders, so expect something good from me for the next couple of days, as not much is going to be posted while I am in Washington over the coming weekend. Alright people, stay gold and don't your overthinking get to you... because trust me, it's pain in the ass xD. Alright people, see you... also, let's end this with Katherine...

    Uhm... yeah...

Ok... hang on... NO! I am sorry, but no mater how much I look at her, I do not find her very attractive, which is funny cause I usually love glasses on girls and in the end, I ended up favoring her in the story. IDK, her controling attitude anyoyed me, but given the situtions with her being pregnet and all, I basically told Catherine what happened and... I won't get into it, to many spoilers ^_^. Anyways, I will feel much better ending this with the other Catherine

Yes... she does send you this in game ^_^

Before we get started on this, YES, I am most likey going to review this game. It's to strange not to give a review xD. Anyways, I wanted to do this because I can't get her off my mind xD. Also another quick note, I will try to cut back on the spoilers, but if you have watched any reviews or interviews about the games story on hear or anywhere else like Gametrialers or IGN, then this is really stuff you have already scene and heard xD. I just felt it would be good to let you guys now that xD. Alright, let's jump into this

    sora_heart's First Impressions - Catherine

You can see some of her butt ^_^

Alright, so first thing is first: where have I gotten so far in the game? Well, currently, I am on the last part of the 4th stage, aka, the thrid boss. I did a little research online and found out there are 9 stages in total of the game, each with 2 to 3 rooms per level, so there is probably like 15-20 levels in the game for the single player story. I have been playing for about 3 hours and I have only scrathed the surface on the story, as I have only gotten to the 3rd day for the story, and I have to say, WOW, what a fine peice of work. The story is the most thrilling and personally involved story I have ever expierenced in a video game before. Honestly, SCREW MASS EFFECT and DRAGON AGE (No offense to those games, as they are good games ^_^), this is how you do a personalized story! No lie, this is how I have swayed in the story (BTW, THIS IS WHERE THE SPOILERS BEGIN, SO IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW, SKIP TO THE NEXT PARAGRAPH xD): In the begining, you are just only seeing your girlfriend Katherine, who seems like a good girl talking to her. She is one of those strong independent types (Actually, very similar to my Ex-Girlfriend back from my last two years of high school and first semester of college) who has her job as her top priority, but she cares for you and she is honest. I was like, "Ok, I can get behind this girl I guess..."... then **** hits the fan quickly. She starts talking to you about the possiblity of setteling down and getting married, and you don't take it very well (I don't see what the big deal is, but alright xD), so you decide to get wasted and who comes along? Another cute girl, this time a super hottie, who you end up sleeping with... smooth bro, smooth 8). Anyways, after the first level (which I will get into in a second), you wake up next to this chick, finally remembering the rest of the night. You two where talking about marriage and how she beleives that it shouldn't be forced and if it happens, it's for a good reason, and that taking things easy is the best thing. I am like, "Damn, this girl seems pretty legit too... and on top of that, she is pretty fine too..." and she starts making a move and you go alone with it and before you know it... it happened xD. Anyways, you wake up the next morning and the girl tells you she doesn't sleep with just any guy, but ones she really likes. This makes you special I guess, but before she can say anything else, she realizes what time it is and books out the door. After you go through your day (which you don't play, thank god! Being a Computer Programer in a game would such xD), you head over to your favorite bar and you talk to your friends about the night. The give there two say and you can then interact with other people and let the time fly. After my friends left, I decided to stick around at talk to some sceintist who is studying into a series of murders that have been happening to people (IDK, I found it interesting xD), and who comes in the door? That girl again, saying, "Hay boy, let's have a drink." I remember how much deep **** I am in, so I lie to her and decide to just go home. On top of all this stress, I have not only found you and Katherine got together because she was depressed and you are her savior (Guilt Trip I guess xD), but you two have been together for over 6 yeas! Man, that's a comitment xD. Also, Katherine kept texting me (you get texts in this game ^_^) about how she wanted to talk to me, so I asked her if everything was ok and what was wrong. She ends up calling me before I leave the bar and before she is about to tell me, she stops herself and says it might be best to talk it over in person, and even thoug I asked her to talk now, she kept saying to wait for tomarrow. Very odd if you ask me... but it's to much crap to deal with, so I am going home. After another night of sleep, what do you wake up too? You wake up to you naked with that girl again, except this time, she came in and crashed for the night. I guess that is cool, as long as we didn't sleep together I don't see the harm xD. Anyways, you say Katherine on accident and guess what? That's her name! I lol'd at the irony, but I asked her to leave once again and she agreed, only after giving me her number so I could chat. She also said I looked stress and if I had any problems, to let her know. I ignore it and get ready for to meet Katherine and when I get there... what does she tell me. She gives me the creapest smile, and tells me she is Prago! I am like, "Holy Hell, you say that pretty proudly!"and then she goes on the lecture me about it how I act, and how I should be the one staying home to take care of the kid... not even careing about what I want, and the way she was talking gave me the impression she is not telling the entire truth. Anyways, it pissed me off, so I go to the bar, talk to my friends about it, and this time, I get the opition to start texting Catherine (the other girl), and I start texting her and after a couple pretty hot pictures, she comes to the bar and we talk a bit about how I don't look well and I am stressing myself out. She tells me I should learn to relax more and that I will do worse if I keep putting preasure on myself. I take her advice, have a couple drinks, and tell her I am heading home cause I is tired. She gives me a wink, I smile back, and I leave for my next dream... YOU SEE THAT? I totally flipped a switch and certian opitions only come up depending on how you answer certian questions and how "Free or Loyal" you are. It's interesting and really spices up the story, and with a possible 8 different ending and hunderds of tree combinations depending on your sway of favoring one girl or one side of the spectrum, the story will play out differently... I am just excitted and can't wait to hear what others have to say about it .

Alright, the spoilers are over now, you can come back . Anyways, gameplay is pretty odd as well. The day time stuff is adventure game stuff, where you just talk to people, get to know them, answer text messages, pick music to listen to, give people advice, and drink the night away, along with story stuff of course xD. The actual game is in the night parts, where you take control of yourself as a half sheep man and you have to climb a tower of blocks and make you way to the top. It's a puzzle game, but a really hard one. The controls take some getting used to and the timer on the puzzles don't help either. I am playing an normal and I started having problems on the first boss level! I can't imagine what Hard is going to be like, but luckly, the game let's you replay any nightmare section you want for a higher score with infinite retries, so getting gold in everything is a lot easier . I have heard the Easy makes thins a lot similar since there is a redo button and the game gives you mutlipule checkpoints per level instead of one or sometimes none in normal 0_0. There is some other cool stuff too, like a pretty deep in-game arcade game and the way it seems the player into everything is amazing... I am just blow away, and aside from the controls, the rest is a very solid package and I am enjoying it a lot. Also, i got the Artbook and Soundtrack cause I reserved it off Amazon, and I have to say, the soundtrack is pretty cool! It's a remix of ****cal music that fit the game nicely and it's very anime inspired, with the graphics and story being the same way as well. The artbook is cool too, but it's more of fanservice for people who enjoy the game then anything. Overal, I can't wait to see more of this game and I am dyeing to see how this game turns out in the end .

    _____________________________________________________

Alright people, I am done for the night. I hope you enjoyed this and if you have played Catherine, let me know your thoughs and what you think of the game. If you don't have the game, I hope I have given you a good insight on it and an idea of how it works . I will be the first to say, it's not for everyone, as you need to be more of a story person and you have to enjoy puzzles to really enjoy this game. The FPS and Fighting Game crowd probably won't like this xD, but it's good for it's target audience and I can't wait to play more tomarrow . Alright people, talk to you in next blog and see you all on the flip side

    @________@ I am mesmerized @_______@

What does this mean? It means that I like to make references to pop culture, that's what it means ^_^. Anyways, this is a random post really. Nothing is really happening and I am kind of bored... all I really have to play is No More Heroes and MW2 as of now, and I don't want to play NMH till the night (I do better at night for some reason xD), and no one is on MW2 right now . Guess it's a boring day with the house to myself. Such a... wait... let me go check the mail...

    ^_________________^

HOLY CRAP IT'S HERE AND 4 DAYS EARLY!!! I LOVE YOU AMAZON! Sorry guys, but Catherine just came in the mail and honestly, I have been waiting to long to not play this... so yeah... I'll be taking a rain check on this random blog post

    Can't wait to play it!!!

Since once again, I haven't done anything super special awesome since I last talked to you (I haven't even advanced in No More Heroes, but that is what happens when you are on a writing spree xD), I decided I would do something a little different. Since my passion for Video Game Soundtracks are through the roof, I decided it would be a cool idea to actually pick a few once a week or so, and talk about my favorites. IDK, it gives me something the write about xD. Well anyways, this is the first entry of what I am calling "Sublime Soundtracks", so feel free to leave your comments or join in on the fun. I think I will be doing it every Friday since I am doing this one on Friday and I never school on Fridays, so it gives me something good to type up for you guys. Plus, IT'S FRIDAY!!!

Patrick the Troll is coming out ^_^

LOL, sorry I couldn't help myself . Anyways, if you are going to do these as well, here are the rules: 1) You must do it in a positive manner and you must pick a soundtrack YOU like. If you want to do the same soundtrack as someone else, that is ok, but look for Rule 3 for more details. 2) You will begin your tributes with an intro about how you got the game and what is like when you first played the game, with some background about the game. Think of it like a Roast, except without the cruel jokes... unless you want too of course ^_^. 3) Once you pick album, you must pick at least 3-5 songs that you feel represent the album the best and you must explain why that is. If you have picked the same album as somone else, please pick different songs, or at least give different reasons for your chosing of the song/songs. Also, if you can, leave a link so that way people can listen to the selected songs, mainly in case they want to check out the track themselves. 4) It must end with a final thoughs on why you like the album so much and what you feel about the today. You can include things like a story about how the music helped you with a hard time in your life, an image that keeps coming when you listen to it... just something interesting really xD. A fun fact is probably the proper term, but it's a personal fun fact. Other then that, it's whatever you want to do with it. It doesn't even have to be game music, it can be anime, movie, or real music. It just needs to be an album really. And that is the rules, so now that we know the rules, let's jump into this . Please, enjoy .

    sora_heart's Sublime Soundtracks

    I think it's pretty funny ^_^

    Entry 1: Super Mario Galaxy

    SUPER MARIO GALAXY!!! Yahoo!!!

I am not going to lie: when I first got this game, I wasn't really as hyped for it as everyone else. To me, it was like, "Oh look, another Mario game... where's my new Zelda game, Call of Duty 4 is so much fun, and WHAT? BRAWL GOT DELAYED? WHY?!??!" As you can tell, I was one of "those" gamer back when I was in high school xD. Hell, I honestly only asked for this for Christmas simply because I didn't want anything else at the time, and I figured I would eventually get to it. I am not kidding when I say everyone in my house played it except for me at the time, mainly because I was to wired and hyped for other games. My brother beat it and hell, EVEN my sister managed to play the game and beat it, which is something that has never happened in my house before. It wasn't until a very borring summer of 2009 that I finally decided, "You know, I am going to give this game a shot...". As soon as the game started up and all the way to the end, I was blown away! My mind was littereally ripped a new one when it game to platfomers, as the game did so much to set a new standard. It is seriously a game anyone can enjoy because it is not that hard, and if you are a complienist, it's not that easy. Perfect difficulty with Perfect Controls makes for an experience like no other, and the story is pretty solid for a Mario game xD. On top of that, some of the level designs for one level are more imaganitive then most single games! Coupled with great art direction and a great sence of replay value, The game is like no other. In the end, the game is great, and this was made even more so thanks to the great music! It may not be Digital Dobby II, but who needs that when you have tracks like this:

    1) First Steps

The first song you hear in the game and it set's the tone for the rest of the game's soundtrack! This track comes on as you wonder around the Comit Festival, watching all the artwork and all the pretty collored stars fall down to the surface, leaving star bits for you to collect. When the song starts up, Mario is running carefree, and the song captures this emotion of just breathtaking sights, with a hint of adventure forshowding the journey that lays ahead...

Such a great part of the game :)

    2) Battlerock Galaxy Theme

An amazing score that fits the more adventurious side of the game. The level is one of epic porportions, with canons firing at you from almost all sides and forcing you constinantly move from space to space... it's amazing and it fits the level to good ^_^

    Looks so crazy :)

    3) Planetarium Theme

Simply leaves this image in your brain: discovering and wonderment! This song just leaves you with so many ideas that you think of, and almost puts you in the mood to do something like Science... I use almost very losely ^_^

She is so much better then peach :)

    4) Buoy Base Galaxy Theme

Simply EPIC!!! Big instruments and makes you feel like it's going to be the final battle! This is one of bowser's bases and at the time of the game, you really feel you are going to take back Princess Peach... but in mario fashion, she isn't

    Tower of Soron ^_^

    5) Gusty Garden Galaxy Theme

OMG! This song is amazing!!! So much can be said about this song... so many emotions and... ugh, you just have to listen to it to understand!!!

    Cool Story Bro ^_^

Overal, this album is amazing and fits any time and any place. I can honestly compare this to movie and ****cal ochestrated pieces because they have that kind of vibe to them, on top of some sick remixs of older mario songs! It's just amazing and it fits so many different times. A little fun fact I would like to share is this: When I play Fire Emblem games, I no longer listen to the in game sountracks... I instead listen to one song of Super Mario Galaxy (Usually Gusty Garden) and play the entire level without the music except the song. For some reason, it makes me play better, so it has just become tradition . If you haven't played this game or heard it's soundtrack, you are really doing yourself a disfavor, because it's something everyone should hear at least once

    Thanks for playing...

    _________________________________________________________

Alright, that is it folks. I hope you enjoyed this and I am sorry to rush my leave, but I need to go get my mom from the airport... so I will be back with my next Sublime Soundtracks next week and I will probably get another blog out by tomarrow, so stay gold and I will catch you all then

Since I still haven't done anything special (aside from finally getting to 3rd Rank in No More Heroes and Shaving me beard xD), I decided to focus on some news that was released by Nintendo today. Not only have they annouced there major Fall Line Up of Star Fox 64 3D In september, Super Mario 3D Land (I have no idea why Land comes after 3D, but it's anyoying 0_0) in november, and Mario Kart 7 (Why are they numbering now out of all times?) to come in December, but they also annouced 2 other major things about the 3DS! The first being a 3DS Price Drop, and a huge one at that! The 3DS will be going from $250 all the way down to $170!!! 70 Buck Drop? Damn Nintendo, you really are worried aren't you? There is a catch to this however: If you buy a 3DS before August 12th (The day of the Price Drop) and go online on your 3DS before August 12th, you will be a member of "Nintendo's Ambasitors Club". Because you payed full price for your 3DS, Nintendo feels you should be rewarded, and they are giving those Ambasitors 20 FREE VIRTUAL CONSOLE GAMES!!! Of course, you don't get to pick them, but the ones they listed are interesting. In September, a Ambasitor will recieve 10 NES games free which include Legend of Zelda, Super Mario, Ice Climbers, and Balloon Fighter, with the 5 other games still waiting to be confirmed. The other 10 games will not be given to Ambasitors till after early 2011 when they release GBA Games on the E-Shop, which include, Super Mario Advanced 3 (AKA: Yoshi's Island), Wario Ware Inc, Mario Kart Super Circuit, Mario vs. Donkey Kong, and Metriod Fusion, again, with the other 5 games still waiting to be confirmed. Personally, I think I am still going to wait on the 3DS. With Metal Gear Solid 3D Snake Eater now being pushed back till summer of 2012, I still don't see a reason to go rush out and buy this system, unless of course I see more games that make me want one. Even with these 20 free games being huge teases to pay full price for them, aside from the GBA games, Nintendo is planning on releaseing this games to buy on the E-Shop and honestly, aside from Metriod Fusion and possibly Wario Ware Inc, I could really care less about the other games. Alright that is all guys, so leave your comments on about the subject and I will talk to you guys next time .

LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL

PS: Does anyone find it hilarious that Nintendo said at E3 that they where not going to drop the 3DS price anytime soon and 3 month later, they are planning on doing so. I guess 3 months must be a long time in Nintendo Land xD.

LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL x2

PS2: I forgot to leave these! It's the links to artilces if you want the source

We got a lot of gaming on our hands right now to talk about, and I would of done it all in shorter blogs throughout the week, but Gamespot decided to be really really really really really lame and glitch up on all of us. If you are a blogger, you already know about the little glitch that made the Blog Updates Feed on the right side of Profile Pages disapear and some of us got screwed! I spent about 3 hours writing out a Top 5 List of Games I was looking foward to getting this Fall and nobody got to read it because Glitch Spot decided to be really anyoying . You know I am upset when I go on Facebook, find GS's Facebook Profile Page, and send them a complaint letter with my GS Account signed at the bottom xD. But that is the past, so without any further delay, let's jump into this blog... before I start ragging again xD.

LOL! Whoever made this is my hero xD

    _________________________________________________________________________

    1) So we will start with the First Game on our List: Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2! Really, all did on this game was finally hit 10 Prestiege Level 70... for those of you who don't know, it's the max rank in the game xD. I did not cheat and it's the first time I have gotten to the max rank in any of the Call of Duty games. I looked at my playtime to see how long it took me, and it took me 24 Days, 15 Hours, and 19 Minutes to reach the level I am at now. That is a little less then a month straight playing to get to rank I am at right now xD. So yes, I am offically THAT GUY who everyone complains about because they say I play to much and therefor am good because of it... stupid people xD. I know a lot of people don't care about MW2, but I felt it was a feet I couldn't just keep to myself xD.

If only this was the emblem that appeared xD

    _________________________________________________________________________

    2) Next up: Metal Gear Solid The Twin Snake! So, for all those who are wondering... I beat this game xD. It only took me 7 hours in game including all the cutscenes, but if I include resets, then it probably took me around 20 hours, but would of easily only been like 10 if I wasn't so stingy with getting detected. Now I am debating about doing a speed run of the game, seeing how quickly I can beat the game but just rushing it xD. I am going to wait though, as I kind of want to record it live and put it up on a let's play channel I am a member of. If you enjoy let's plays, you can check me out here. Alright, that's all the self advertising I will do xD. Anyways, I enjoyed my time with this game and can't wait to get my hands on the HD Collection with 2, 3, and Peace Walker

LOL! 2 Funny Pictures is too good xD

    _________________________________________________________________________

    3) So why did I rush to beat MGS? Because I had two other games I wanted to start playing, that is why xD. If you remember, I told everyone I got MadWorld and No More Heroes in the mail last week and now that I am done with Metal Gear, I have decided to try out these two games, and because of how much I hear about MadWorld being short, I decided to give this one a shot first. Now, I will say THIS IS A SHORT GAME! I am only two hours in and I am already a little over halfway done with the game xD. I have heard there is a great deal of replay value after you beat the game and it actually get's quite challanging on the higher difficulties, so maybe after I beat it and if I like it enough, I will give the higher difficulties a chance. Right now, it's very similar to a Platinum Games Game, very styalized and actually has a very interesting story. This might be because the guy who wrote MOTHER TRUCKEN FINAL FANTASY 6 WROTE THE GAME (where was this guy for Bayonetta xD), but I digress. Gameplay is kind of similar to Bayonetta, except more High Score Based and Styalized with a focus on grusome finsihers and dragging out the fight where Bayonetta was about Quick Combos and Not getting hit. I enjoy it so far, but it wears on your arm since it demands a lot of gestures with the Wii Mote and I personally CAN'T STAND that the evade button is mapped to a jesture instead of a Button. It's anyoying and I would of preffered Jump be a jesture and the C Button be Dodge then the other way around... but I guess that is the Bayonetta fan boy talking inside me xD. Aside from that though and the short nature of the game, not much to complain about. Voice acting is solid (thanks Steve Blum for Playing the main hero Jack xD), it's rather funny in a gross and immature kind of way, the art ****works well with the Wii's Limitation for Gameplay and Story, and the Bosses are supurb and amazing to play. Overall, I am enjoying it, but it might be like Vanquish where I only come back it it once or twice after I beat it, but I won't know that till after I beat the game, huh xD?

I would show something with more blood, but let's be nice for those with a weak stomach ;P

    _________________________________________________________________________

    4) Last but not least is No More Heroes and I have to say: WOW ! This game is something else and I can say I have never played anything like this! The game has a amazing sence of humor and although not as bloody as MadWorld, still is the bit of a Gore Fest. The story is also fits this tone, being quite hilarious and fit's that kind of "Rule of Cool + Humor" usually found in animes like Welcome to the N.H.K and FLCL, poking fun at the Otaku and Nerdy Life some of us live xD. I mean, your Room is infested with Anime Figures and Mexican Wresteling posters and the game's intro has the main hero carresing a poster of resembles the sterotypical harrum anime, as he looks back at us and whispers, "Nothing beat's Moa..."... all I could do was laugh my ass off xD. It's funny and weaves itself to the gameplay nicely, and although it can get repetative on "Sensitive" Difficulty, up the difficulty to Mild and you have something that will keep you off your toes. Mixing High and Low Attacks, keeping track of your Beam Katana Energy Meter, Blocking and Evading Deadly Attacks plus mixing Punches and Kicks to break through blocking enemys to finish them off with a Luca-Libre ****wresteling move... it's all fun and super satasfying . The game's hub although empty, is addicting to just explore and do some of the odd jobs like mow lawns, collect ingrediants, and dive in trashcans for Anime T-Shirts that are actually pretty funny xD. Overal, the game is a huge surprise with some other great stuff like interesting Boss Battles, Unquie Premiss, and an actually engaging yet simple story. The only thing I kind of wish was you actually started off the game before the main character got his Beam Katana and before he got to his rank. It's kind of all explained in the plot, but playing as him before he was an assassin would of been interesting, as you would of saw him transform into who he was and got even more lolz from how much a loser he was, but it's ok I guess xD. I only have two other complaints, which regard the gameplay: 1) Some enemy's have projectiles and YOU DON'T? What the hell? I hate when games do that kind of crap. There is even a boss earlly on that has TWO GUNS and you are left chasing after him to try and cut him up. It might be just me, but that kind of crap anyoys me, espically when they keep running away from you... ugh, so anyoying ! 2) Evading in this game is all funky. You have to lock on to enemy, then you have the opition to Evade, but only once, because if you want to do it again, you have to lock on again, and it's mapped ot the Directional Pad? What? It's whatever I guess and there is another evade that puts you behind them enemy and gives you slow mo time to cut them up and rip them a new one, but it's only activated if you hit a direction while blocking. IDK, they are just minor compliants really, as I really dig the game A LOT! I am kind of sad I missed out on it when it first came out, but I have it now, so I can enjoy all it's worth... also, the soundtrack is epic... just though I would let you know xD

    Usless... SCREAAAAMMMM!!!!

Here's a little fun fact for people: Did you know the main character of No More Heroes, Travis Touchdown (Great name, right?) is rumored to be a playable character in Super Smash Brothers 4? In a interview with Suda 51 (the guy who created this game), he said he has sent many requests to Nintendo and would love for him to be in the game. Honestly, this isn't that far from the truth and is actually a posiblity. Kojima did the same thing with Snake and Snake was supposed to be in Melee, but the game was to far in devlopment, so they put him in Brawl instead. It would be sick to this guy in action and I would probably main him personally xD. Of course he would be censored A LOT, but who cares, it would still be funny xD. Anyways, that is the blog people, so stay gold and catch you all in the next post, whenever and whatever that is . I think today I will leave you with my newest gaming beauty, Silvia Christel from No More Heroes ^_^
