  Not so Merry Christmas and hopefully better New Year!

  Well I have been away for awhile from posting since my Internet has been down. In any case, I do want to wish all my gaming friends a belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I want to first say that my Christmas was the best and the worst one that I ever had. I say that because my wife and I celebrated our first Christmas in our new home, and we both got the hook up on stuff we really wanted. I got spiderman web of shadows, gears of war 2, saints row 2, naruto ultimate ninja storm, a dual shock 3 controller, a rechargeable battery pack for my xbox controller, and some gaming gift cards and other stuff. I got her the new psp with some games she wanted and some umd movies to go with it, also some other stuff too. Well anyways we had a great time opening gifts and watching A Christmas Story marathon until i got the worst news of my life. Which leads me to the reason why it was the worst one ever. I got a call from my dad saying that my mom was rushed to the hospital because she was having a cardiac arrest. Well keep in mind that she had been in rehab form a surgery she had several weeks earlier and was doing fine. So this was all of a sudden to us. Well we were all planning to go up to see her that afternoon. So as my wife and I were getting ready to go i heard my cell phone ringing and I already knew who it was and what he was going to say. Well it was my dad and he gave me the worst news of my life, my mom had passed on Christmas Day. We both just started crying and my wife took the phone and all I could do is just sit there in tears and in shock. I couldn't believe this was happening. Well anyways we had the funeral on this past Saturday and I still cant believe that she is gone. I am still trying to deal with her loss and it is hard on both me and my wife. my mom was the greatest. I am going to cut this blog short because I will start crying again if I talk about it too much. So in closing, I hope you guys had a much better Christmas than I did. Well Happy Gaming!

  My wife is getting RockBand for the Wii!!!!

  Well I ws looking through the classifieds here at work on our intranet, and I saw an ad about rockband for wii for 125.00. I said to myself that is a good price, what's the catch? Well there really wasnt any. I called the guy and he said he bought the wrong version, he thought he was getting the one for the xbox. Well he opened the box and went to hook it up and realized he made a mistake. Well the store wouldnt exchange it since he openeded it, and he wouldnt get a fair deal if he trraded it in for credit towards getting the game for the xbox. Well he said everything is fine he hasnt played it since he couldnt, he also said he will let me pay half and get it from him on friday and he will let me keep it until aug 15th and pay the rest, and if it is anything wrong he will give me my money back. So i couldnt pass it up. I asked my wife if she wanted it and she was like hells yeah! So i cant wait for friday to get here. I know she cant wait to play it. Well if any of you Wii owners out there have Rockband, let me know what yall think about it. Well that is all i have to say about that and to all my fellow gamers Happy Gaming!!!!

  Been away too long and I cant go to gamespot.com no more from work.

  Well I am on tv.com right now because it is the only way i can access my blog at work. I cant go to any gaming sites now because for some reason they consider blogging as not work related. Well technicaly it is not work related, but i see folks on ebay, and clothing store sites, and other sites that are not work related and they havent blocked their access. I guess someone has an issue with gamers. Oh well, i digress. I havent had a chance to blog or get any new gaming info for a while now since they blocked access. I would blog at home, but I really dont have the time too. Plus I have other stuff to do around the house that takes priority anyways. This was my only time to really do some gamesite surfing and blogging. Now I have been playing the incredible hulk game on xbox360, and it is off the chain awesome. I love that game. I also will be gettign the second naruto game for my psp. I really miss gamespot and I will be checkign it out occassionally from home. Well to any of my gaming friends out their, i will be online on my xbox like possibly next month, since i moved things are a little different and i cant connect like i used too. I have to get a wireless receiver for my xbox so that i can do the wifi thing. I can still play online on my ps3, but i rarely play it much since i havent got any games for it lately. That will change once ultimtae nija storm comes out. Well i got to do soem work now, so all gaming fans out their keep on playing, and HAPPY GAMING!!!!
