    July 30th, 2007

Alright Gamespot forum goer's, I have decided to bless you with the trials and tribulations of my day to day life. Why? I'm not really sure myself, but at least it will fill an hour each day at work. I know no one will probably read this, but, I don't really care all that much. And I digress. So anyway let us begin.

    Monday, July 30th, 2007.

Monday, Monday, Monday. God how I loathe Monday's. It's such a depressing day, you've just finished enjoying the lovely freedom and relaxation of the weekend (which always go by too fast) and now you have to re-enter your cage (the office) and slave at the desk for forty more hours until you earn the right to get to go for a walk for two days. Ah, but such is the way of the 9-5 man. And I just so happen to be an 8-5 man. But only one month till I'm off to University where I will have much more freedom, and at least a bit bigger cage to live in.

So, this Monday actually turned out to not be that bad of a Monday at the office. Basically everyone I work with was sick, or on vacation, so I was by myself in the office. Since it made no sense to do work with even my supervisor missing, I decided that this Monday would basically just be a day off, and proceeded to do absolutely no work and simply browse the internet all day.

Soon it was five o'clock and I was on my way, embarking on the ½ hour drive back home. So this is the happy, exciting time of the day right? Finally get to relax for 6 or 7 hours doing whatever I please, the freedom of the evening. Wrong. This lovely evening I had to go mow a neighbor's lawn. (I have 3 lawns I have to mow throughout the summer). So from around 5:30 when I get home till about 9 o'clock I'm out mowing. Good times.

The mowing goes off without a hitch, boring, but easy and decent money, so I can't complain. I leave my neighbor's and drive across town to pick up a friend. I still haven't had supper yet, so we head to a nearby A&W and grab a bite to eat. The original plan was we were going to watch a film, but we didn't have enough time, so instead we went back to my place and watched a few episodes of South Park.

After this I took him home and then went online and played online poker for a few hours. Lost 5$ but I can live with that, still up 400$ (By the way, if anyone wants any advice on playing poker, I'm happy to help, even though no one will probably read this anyway.) So after my poker session it was around 1 o'clock and I really should have been heading to bed at this point. But my girlfriend had just bought World Of Warcraft the other day, and I decided that I'd try and get back into it myself, so I went online and played that till around 2 in the morning. Needless to say I am paying for that decision this morning.

Well tonight I'm going to see some horse races, so hopefully that will be a bit more exciting blog entry, but anyway, until tomorrow, take it easy.
