I remember a time ... when I got more than a Thursday and Friday off of work for the holidays ...
At least the traffic into the city is almost none existant this week. For those of you lucky enough to have some extra days off, (this is where a nice or positive statement usually goes ... but not today).
Dad was right all those years ago. Being an adult is overrated.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have to pay my bills.
The Christmas noobs in the Call of Duty Black Ops lobbies make me smile. If you bought the game when it came out ... slap that gunship kill streak on and enjoy my friend ... enjoy.
Parents are, as unlikely as it seems, usually right. "The Christmas noobs in the Call of Duty Black Ops lobbies make me smile. If you bought thegame when it came out ... slap that gunship kill streak on and enjoy my friend ... enjoy." Sir, yes sir!
I had to work overtime on Christmas Eve but I'm ok with that. I at least got Christmas Day off. I imagine one day I'll be retired and be able to play games and watch movies all day. But maybe I'll be too old to be any good at playing games by then. :P
It never bothered me to have to work any days on, before, and around Christmas. I liked my family and spending time with them, but people get too used to sitting around being lazy. An object in motion, as it goes.
Wow couldn't agree more. I hardly ever play my games nowadays because life and reality caught up to me. By the way, I had to work Christmas Eve but I have weekends off so it worked out.
