  I used to be a fanboy ...but then I realized it was dumb

  I remember a time when I was on the bus to school ...I was in the 6th grade ....

   It was super early  ...the sun wasn't up all the way and there I was ...arguing about how much better the psx was going to be than the N64 with my friend ,Howard was his name ...We argues and argued ...."almost no load times!!!" he shouted ..."FMV!" I screamed...Eventually we had to try and convince our elderly female bus driver to pick a side ...in a conversation she did not understand in the least bit ...it went on like this for weeks on end...and then it happened ....we both had our respective consoles...We both had a cause to pledge our young selves to...and we had picked our sides and drawn a line in the sand ....and something weird happened ...he had Mario 64 and I had Wild Arms...We both hid the fact that we both wanted to play he others games ...and then he asked to borrow the psx and the game....only if I could do the same....We both lived in the same apartment building so I knew I could find him if I had to ...so there I was ...getting used to this crazy controller with about 37 buttons ...but in no time at all I was jumping off walls and nailing goombas with ease ...and he was saving the world from an army of demons with an awesome gun arm, a chick who knew magic , and a thief with a pet rat ...the trading of the systems became common place ...so much to where we would rent games for the others consoles ...and we loved it ...Never again did I argue with someone over what they played or what they played it on ...even the Wii.

  So ... what does it mean ? Why did I feel the need to type all of this ? Why did I subject you to this poorly written story ? Why is the answer 42 ? Well , It;s because ...if your reading this, then i can guess you're a gamer ...and to me a true gamer  should'nt judge another for what they prefer ...I mean at one point everyone was playing a platformer with a gorilla wearing a tie ... or maybe you played a game with a bunch of eco-terrorist with pointy hair, gun arms , and weird love triangles...or maybe your princess was in yet another castle ...my point is we all started somewhere different ...let's not judge where we have ended up ....
