Is Warriors orochi 3 going to be available for PS3 in America, and will it be english subtitled?

I have looked on 12 different sites and have found nothing related to it. I really need to know, i've played every game in the Warriors series but Im not willing to buy an XBox just to play the third orochi, Please help me.

Yes, this game will be getting an American release. The game will be in Japanese audio with English subtitles and the PS3 version for the US will only be available as a Playstation Network digital download. A couple rumors indicate that the PS3 digital version will still be out on March 20th, 2012, while the X-Box version is releasing the following week on the 27th.
