Unlocking 4th Weapons for Anyone
Obtain weapon boxes on stages that have 3 or more stars with the difficulty of HARD or CHAOS mode. It's not always 100 percent, but to have the chance to even obtain a character's 4th weapon, you must be on HARD or CHAOS and on any stage 3 stars or higher.
