How do I get the other cars?

i really want a Lamborghini and a Dodge Viper!I mean i already have a Porsche Cayman-S fully customized.Does it have anything to do with %completion of Career mode?

I'm also in 69% complete in career,does this have to do anything with unlocking cars?

Actually i have completed the game almost twice now and yes the percentage does have to do with the amount of cars you have unlocked. In my first career i have a lambo and a viper both fully customized and the viper fully upgraded goes about 250-260 if not more. Thats all i have for you guys.
