I, personally hate the zones in outland, prefer the more realistic zones like loch modan (my favorite) its just really nice zone and fun to quest in. I think outlands is to "outlandish" hehe id prefer to be battling like regular animals over strange moth or elementals. and yes, deathknights do start in Eastern Plague Lands.
