How do you perform grappling moves?

I understand how to grapple and how to reposition the opponent, but what button combinations do I use to do actual moves to the opponent?

I always end up just moving them around or doing a strike to them, never any suplexes, DDTs, etc. The manual and tutorials are just telling me how to move the opponent around, what do I do to actually do something to them?
