No Finishers in Universe Mode?

Hi guys, looooooong time lurker, 1st time poster.
Just a quick question, is it just me or are there no finishers/signatures in Universe Mode? And if there is, then how do I turn it on? Matches just seem empty without them.
Any help is appreciated.

Pretty sure you are using the Gamecube controller?
Well this game doesn't like you using it,so it decides to not let you know when you have a SIG/FIN.
I did finishers,but I would just press the button hoping I had one to use lol
So try to use the WII remote or classic controller.Sorry

Thanks mate, I'll try using the remote and nunchuck again. To be honest I only used the Gamecube controller to get through Attitude Era Mode anyway.

Got the PS3 version and it is 100x better!
I just noticed how bad the AI on WII is.

I just noticed how bad the AI on WII is.
theres really no reason to own this on the wii if you have another console....that said apparently there is another random ass glitch....if you name a player Geese he gets renamed to player

It''s a random ass glitch indeed. I'd say 9 times out of 10 in a match in universe mode you won't see the sig/finisher prompt. It appears like normal but it's rare by what i've seen. I have to zero on the variable that makes it act normal in that mode.

Well, that's just ****ing perfect! Excuse the double post but the signature/finisher icon isn't the only thing that wont
show up in universe with a GC controller. The gauge in a cage match won't show up either.
