    i found the one in the shack but it looks like the only golden weapon is the AK-47.

    this game is sick but a little hard to play..Like it takes long to finish it coz the map is realy BIG but the graphic and gameplay is the best, and map editor......Highly recomend this game

    sorry for double post but according to game spot gold aks are more Durable than the normal ones and i think that they appear in armoury after you find one or all of them (PS. on the first part of vid and first Ak did anyone else want to know what was in the briefcase? lol may just be diamonds).

    i think the gold aks cant rust what so ever which is pretty good in later missions when the enemy have PKMs RPGS etc. So I gonna give this a go maybe they will not rust I dunno but they look kool and i aint getting resistance 2 till Christmas so hey I gonna knock myself out (Btw this game kicks ass it is sometimes boring but relentless slaughter in later missions are well worth the wait!)

    Is there anything special about this guns other than the fact that their gold? I wont bother looking for the other gold guns, if i find one i'll just keep that and keep playing..

    they jam eventually after a very very very long time of use. the gold guns are all ak-47's scattered around the two maps. also and the end pre dark heart area their is an gold ak-47 before you enter the dark heart area

    its a shame they are just the same and endure the same as regular weapons, if they are rare and gold they should be more valuable
