On the day that Fable II arrived in stores, Microsoft released a free update that added online co-op play to the game. It's worth noting, however, that only the player who is hosting the game gets to use their character from the single-player adventure.

    Omg Neph every damn video, yes we get it Fallout 3, good for u, now stfu. Anyways like so many have yet again forgotten this game is not really about the combat, the real awesomeness in this game is everything else thats involved the amount of freedom that your aloud i watched a video on another site were they talk about how u can literally buy every building in the game, and be basically king of the world, can change prices, be who u wanna be do it how u wanna do it, I'm sorry but combat that is a little lacking for that kind of awesomeness, I'm sure I'll get over it and so will u.

    @ the simple minded fools.
    This video is just Molyneux showing some different abilitys and skills, it doesn't exactly reflect the way the combat will play, it is a "Hack N Slash" but so much more at the same time, the combat is simple enough for morons, but also contains abilitys complex enough for us that enjoy a deep fighting system. This will be a definate shoe-in for Game of the Year.

    What is this junk!? Seriously? I've been looking through all these gameplay movies trying to find a redeeming quality in this hack-n-slash quagmire of a stupid game and I just keep getting lost in the last game's BS. Man, I was really hung up on getting this game, but I just don't see what's to get excited about! Well, at least I get to make up my mind: Fallout 3!!!

    IGN has both of these videos and several more, and you can actually hear PM talking about it. Not baggin on Gamespot, but ign seems to have better coverage on this game :/

    dude, get a job man, i dont have money as well, but today, i had my interview and i got hired, now i can buy this game. i am starting work on the 18th october. i get paid bi-weekly, you have to work to earn money, so dont be a jobless bum,get off that couch and work. this game is going to be awesome, i havent played the fable 1 but wil definitly play this one.

    lol! you dont know what you're talking about, its nothing like the first game! Played it at PAX, it was awesome! the depth of combat system is a big surprise to me!

    it looks so good cant wait to get it

    problem is my bro is doin HSC so i cant get it till november 7th and he will only give me 60 bucks and i want to get two games

    I'm slightly underwhelmed to be honest. The sword-play looks a bit basic. Even Fable 1 looked better, with all it's swinging, chops, and finishing flurry moves. You could occasionally behead enemies and there was a decent amount of blood.
