    The quicktime movie is compressed (or rather not compressed) with Motion JPEG. I don't know what they think they're doing. You compress the thing with H264 and it's around 30MB. I'm assuming they just forgot to compress the file at all and just uploaded what came out of of their frame grabber. Quicktime or WMV or whatever, you don't bother to do your job properly you get bad results..
