How to reset that game save counter?

I really dont like having it keep track of how many times I've restarted lol
I CAN deal with it but its just a pet peeve when a game keeps track of how many times i've saved or started over and i cant reset it.

I have no idea...I tried deleting the entire file and that doesn't help at all...

just to add...I even tried clearing the cache after deleting the file on the 360 and it still doesn't reset the save counter.

no problem...was something i was interested in knowing as well. I googled it and also found people with a similar issue. Apparently it can be done on PC, but there isn't a known workaround yet for console.

It would be attached to a hidden save file. Clearing the cache does not effect hidden files.
The only way to change it would be to modify the hidden file.

Tried deleting my gamertag profile, game install, game saves & DLC....still didn't reset it.

Mass Effect does the same thing with characters...you can delete all your data, clear your cache, but your clear saves will always be there, clogging up the import screen.
