Best equipment for chara's?

What is the best equipment for all characters, and how do you get them? Please be as detailed as possible. Thanks.

No, I really meant All Characters. Shulk, Reyn, Sharla, Fiora, etc, everyone.

As in Sharla's?
Well for me, I just equipped heavy armor on her.
Weapon: Endless Rifle- found while fighting higher level enemies in Eryth Sea
Helm: i think i put on Eclipse Gear or something on her, founded from enemies from second visit f Prison Island
Torso: Asura Gear- i'm not really sure where I got it, pretty sure they're from telethia
Arms: Eclipse Gauntlets: Prison Island
Legs: i think it was Ledios Cruisses, found from Prison island
Feet: Asura greaves- Telethia

I'm not quite sure about the exact areas, but I was around Level 78 at the time when I found them, so I guess you should fight around Bionis' Interior for the telethia, and Prison Island, since it's the last dungeon, and you can get some sweet armor there.
