Missing an ending? (major spoilers, true ending)

I think I am missing an ending. I got the scene at the very very beginning of the flow chart that ends "Beginning or End?" but no new paths opened up. I hear there should be one more path "under Phi's ending."
I have all the gold files and I don't see any more grey question marks. Is there something I am missing?

Yes, there is one more that will appear under Phi's ending, to unlock it, you have to clear all the puzzles in hard mode.

I did. I have ALL the gold files and ALL the secret files. Nothing is showing up under Phi's ending.
I have one or two ??? in my other files section.... is that the problem?

It isn't linked to Phi's ending but BELOW Phi's ending, plus you have to go to the very very top of the chart for new scenes as well

There is nothing below phi ending, linked or not and nothing new at the top. For some reason the true ending is not showing up :/

Make sure to look at each room to be SURE you beat them all on Hard. I know if you screw around in the B.Garden with the coin scale, the game will auto-revert to easy mode. Just look to be certain by going to each escape in the flow chart

Id almost bet that you need to get all the regular file items too, I got all the gold files and all the clue/hint files but it might be necessary. Also, when you cleared each room, on the flowchart it should say whether or not you cleared it on easy or hard, But if you got all the Gold files then it shouldn't be a problem. Maybe you also need to view all the other game-over endings as well if you haven't already.

Yeah, you need everything in that filled up, hidden or otherwise. How did you skip those if you got all the secret files?

Yeah, you need everything in that filled up, hidden or otherwise. How did you skip those if you got all the secret files?
Some files are easily missed. One is a TV hint you can CLEARLY see but you have to click it to have it get added to your files. Another I think I was almost able to solve before having found a file that I missed.
