I think there is going to be a DCL for the game around chirstmas to follow the events of the facilty where Phi and Sigma go.
There is still a big ???? area on the main website
http://virtueslastreward.com/media/and the timing I think a DLC is likely, Since Akane said to see just what happened between christmas and new years at the facuilty where radical 6 was made and how Sigma lost his arms and eye.

I highly doubt this game will ever have a DLC. I believe what happens to Phi and Sigma will be explained in the next game.

There will be NO DLC for this game. Any questions you have left will be answered in ZE3.

Uh... No. There is already a third game being written that will be about the Nevada Test Site.
Also, nothing on the English site even matters in that respect, since Aksys just localized the game, they didn't make it.
