So, now that we have a pretty good amount of RPs, I think we should get a poll going! You can say which one has been your favorite, why, and why not. I'm adding the poll, but I'd love to know reasons as well.
Chrono is the absolute best, though. Hands down.
Begin~!

This isn't exactly fair because how many of us have actually read all of them?

No offence to the other games, but they don't hold a candle to the Chrono game. Although, to be fair, Ryo's games are of a different type - focusing on the format and different puzzles or games inside the RP instead of the story. He's done a good job with those.
But yeah, Chrono absolutely destroys the competition. Like seriously my gosh. Pelleas and Nimue <3 There's a reason why it's the first one to have a commission of the characters done. (Still wip atm)

Uh. Good point.
Now, you gotta go check out the ending to the first RP. It's just hilarious. XD

But how many of us have played in ALL of them, LOL. From what I could see of the chrono game, that was pretty fun. Though I'm not sure how it went in real time, but it looked pretty involved and with alot of interaction.

My vote goes to Chrono, mainly for the best balance of gameplay, character interaction, and plot, but there's some nice snippets in the other ones too~
Ryo's: Ryo tends to be pretty good at coming up with gameplay but I'd agree with the fact there wasn't much plot beyond character interactions until pretty much the very end (and even then, there wasn't a full conclusive ending to wrap things up). It did create some interesting scenarios though, such as the polker game when whoever was in last place would get "penalized".
Loop's: I haven't really read this one so I'd have to go back and read it to fully comment.
Innocence: Preeetty dark in some places, such as the human smoothie idea. I've heard someone compare it more to Saw mixed in with Nonary.
FF and Kurashiki999's AB Game: We've come a long way since this one lol. I think it had interesting ideas/interactions but pretty much my critique back then was that the gameplay and rules needed to be ironed out, ESPECIALLY in terms of items and what actions players are allowed to take.
2nd Official AB Game ~ Hosted By Detective: It was actually really interesting to read and I was sorry I missed out on being a participant. But yeah, then it got Syberia'd.
Brady's AB Game: Lots of neat plot stuff. The mystery of the place as well as the ending fit fairly well, as well as the twist of what the records of the names/games/deaths meant in the very end.

That's quite a tall order for me... I think I'd have to post about 13 links in order for people to see everything from Chrono Edition.

Wow, I just read the Kurashiki/FF4Fan game.
That degraded incredibly quickly once Syb got involved.
Just wow.
I have no doubt that The GMs had a wonderful game plan set out, but from what little I know about RPing, it certainly seemed like Syb went all God Mode on that story. Kinda brutal considering they were originally simply dead..
My vote goes to the Chrono Edition anyways as of the two I have now read, it was kept under much more control and the rules were laid out much more clearly. I have no doubt that games of Chrono quality probably wouldn't exist without the earlier games paving the path and working out the kinks, but the poll was a question of "which is best" so I'm compelled to say Chrono.

Yeah, Syb has that kind of ability.
Do any of you remember in Detective's when DarkNerd poisoned her and we went into that whole fiasco about whether she got the antidote or not?

And I thought detective was a pain in he butt in the Chrono one. Hahah!
For what it's worth, as an outside observer to the Chrono game, it was always interesting seeing how everyone reacted when I basically knew all of what had happened in each room.
As Mao, I knew the only logical explanation was he'd stabbed himself, and that you two knew nothing whatsoever about what had happened, but also seeing it from the other groups perspective, you guys looked ridiculously suspicious and I have no doubt he'd have gotten away with it if he hadn't put on such an insane "oh my god you guys they're trying to murder me" (read as capital letters every single time) reaction. If he'd played it more logically he may have gotten away with it totally. XD
It was really fun having 90% of the facts the players (as a total group) did, and watching how you bickered and fought as players, despite needing to work together (well as a majority) anyways.
I can't wait for the next one, and still desperately cling to the hope that I can be a player in it. XD

I've only read a couple of them, but Chrono would probably be my favorite.
But to be perfectly honest, I don't really like how there are a ton of them going on at once. Perhaps I'm just used to the Tumblr Ambidex Games, but we plan and schedule them so that they don't go alongside each other. Currently the next two games which haven't even started yet are already in the work.
But I guess there are more Ambidex Players on this board than on Tumblr, though.
