New game + and achievements

I chose Naked Jehuty because I wanted to stop my way through and get the achievements I missed, but I got to the part after Vic Viper (he went down in half a combo - so satisfying) where you have to take out the frames in under 90 seconds and I didn't get the achievement. Do the stronger forms lock you out of them or something?

When ADA mentions how long it will take to kill them press the left stick to reply to her. You'll know this worked if a timer appears in the upper right corner.

Once the timer is on the screen defeat the enemies and you should get it.
